Location

Smell bad - If A/C in hallways & rooms are running it could smell better because of air circulating. Smelled soggy. Asked to change room due to bad smell. Room changed easily. There were bed bugs in our room. Complained to the hotel staff.

The rooms are clean. The staff was very professional and very courteous.

The hallways are hot and the elevator is hot.. We saw police presence when we were there at the front desk. And we smelled marijuana, really bad in the hallway coming from other rooms when it clearly says no smoking

The staff was very courteous and the room was very nice. We loved that is was a no smoking facility and looked well kept.

Roomy

The front desk lady that is the owner is rude, ants, ants, ants, roaches and spiders

Room is smelling, may be because the room AC was never turned on for a long time, lot of disturbance from the above floor.. breakfast was disgusting.. coffee is a disaster. we stayed only because there was no other option. but okaish for the price.

The bed

The whole second floor smelled bad, our lights in our room and the bathroom flickered on and off, the tv barely would change channels. Hot tub was out of service, the breakfast had expired milk and the waffle batter was expired. As a chef myself there’s no reason why a waffle should be gelatin consistentency and sour, disgusting very upsetting. Then too top it off, the housekeepers knocked on our door at 9:50 when check out is 11, that’s quite annoying. Oh and also the front desk guy got upset because my key card stopped working for my room and acted like it was an inconvenience for him too fix that and reminding me not to put the cards by my phone or magnet which i already knew that. He wasn’t very friendly. There was also mold growing in the corners of the showers At least the bed was comfy

Great location for what we needed. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. The room was huge! Everything was very clean, and the staff was great. They were also quick to respond when our smoke detector started beeping. They were in our room in minutes and replaced the batteries. The maintenance guy was very nice as well. Great hotel.

Only downside i had was the home gym in the exercise room was broken. But that's minor and not everyone will care about that.

Stairwells were not cleaned very well at all. There was an odd smell in our room.

I lived the location and the breakfast included and the indoor pool wish it could stay open longer but it was still cool

The staff was amazing. Always helpful and courteous. Housekeeping left towels and cleaned daily, usually with a longer stay they dont. Breakfast was good, Will stay again

there was an empty soda bottle and some trash by bed, partially hidden by the comforter.

Location, size of room

Areas were worn, wasn’t expecting room to be entered and beds made, used towels taken but not replaced, toilet paper very low and an extra not available in the room. Smelled like bug spray.

Tv or remote didn’t work. Front desk got it working, but once it was shut off, tv had same problem when turned on again. Was expecting scrambled eggs on breakfast buffet. Toilet didn’t flush very well.

Key card services sucks, and also Walmart are so thin you can heard conversations of other people staying!

Clean, large room and pleasant area.

I was in front of the elevator, but I could have requested a different room.

Location and room was great for our trip. Room was large and beds were comfortable.

We stayed two nights. The first morning breakfast had minimal options at 8:00 am, there were biscuits, but the gravy stayed empty for 30-45 minutes, cereal, but no milk even after asking for more. Only one waffle maker was working so it had a long line since most other foods were out. May have just been a busy morning with a lot of travelers but having breakfast included is one of the things we look for when traveling, so was a little disappointing. The second morning, same options available, but it was better stocked.

Room was large and comfortable and location was convenient for our needs. Hotel Maintenance man was very alert to fix problems that I reported to him in timely fashion to make our stay more comfortable.

Housekeeping staff was not reporting room deficiencies that he could have repaired before guest were assigned. (Leaking tub faucet, electrical outlets and lamp not functional, toilet seat not secure. Breakfast was usually lacking eggs, only one choice of meat. I choose not to eat the offered food as it did not appear as satisfying.
