Holiday Inn Express Houston Space Center-Clear Lake By IHG

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room and whole was clean. We used the meeting room as well and it was great!

The mattress was uncomfortable but everyone has different preferences on that.

The pool and jacuzzi are awesome. Keep that jacuzzi hot. So are the little rooms and grills.

Beds were comfy. I like the new chase lounges. The windows open. Nice view

Location and the offering of breakfast

They ran out of some food items for breakfast.

Clean and quiet hotel, good location, excellent hot breakfast.

The water could have been a little hotter and better water pressure in the shower.

Clean and smelled good and clean

The AC unit power cord would not stay plugged in and the AC wouldn't work unless I leaned something on the outlet to keep it pushed in.

The breakfast was actually very good. Lots of choices. The hot food was delicious

The floors were really dirty. The hallways smelled horribly of glue or paint or bo

Hot tub! It was open, clean & an added bonus

It's kinda hidden. GPS got us there but in the dark we might have been lost.

Location and cleanliness. Second year we stayed here on the way to the Galveston cruise port.

Clean, friendly and very helpful staff. The breakfast was great! Loved the biscuits and gravy!

The water in the shower did not drain well. Did mention to staff upon checking out.

Big room, comfortable beds, clean.

Easy late night Check-in with friendly front desk clerk. Sufficient free parking. Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast: eggs, sausage, great pancakes and biscuits, small cinnamon rolls, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee and tea.

The staff was wonderful. Especially hotel employee. The room was clean and big.

Low water pressure for the shower.

When I got there I asked for a lower floor. The guy gave me a room with 1 bed , I paid for a suit with 2 beds. Then 2 rooms later I was happy.

The smell of the second room. Which was a handicapped room. The water leaking from the a.c. on the 3rd room. The last room was perfect. The pool was dirty, the hot tub smelled

Facility, cleanliness, location and staff.

Arrived at hotel the first room the curtains was broken and wouldn't close. Then it went down hill from that. The room had a strong odor of carpet fresh to cover up the dog urine smell. Then I looked around the room and found dog poop and stains on sofa.

EVERYTHING

Fresh & Hot breakfast, clean rooms and also they maintain the cleanliness everywhere even in the common restrooms¿ Quick room service is an added positive. Have stayed once and have been choosing the same place again.

Nothing as of now.

front desk clerk that night was a ten plus, plus! he was professional and so delightful for our really late check in .

I liked the convenience

It was worn and I need of updates. The beds were not very comfortable.

I needed to do laundry and needed quarters for that. The hotel was out of them but the manager walked over to another hotel to get some. Just one example of the above and beyond the staff there will do.
