The location

I could see the hallway from my door when it was closed. I asked if they had gravy for the biscuits and 1 person said they didn’t speak English, another was leaving so didn’t answer, and then I came back and they just said sometimes they don’t.

The reception staff were very rude. They refused to give us the room we had booked and simply told us to cancel the booking. this was completely unacceptable. They showed no concern or willingness to help. It was a very disappointing experience.

The first room we had had mold on the ceiling but they moved us immediately to another room.

The staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Hotel employee went out of her way to help us find my husbands wedding band. The pool guy helped locate it for him. It was not very valuable but very sentimental. They could have very well blown us off but helped us!

The only thing we did not like is how dirty the floors are. We couldn't be barefoot in our rooms because of how dirty. Also, the grounds outside of the dining area and pool area was pretty dirty with garbage, leaves and dirt.

Hotel did not feel very clean. It was very hot as of the ac wasn?t working. Our room was really small. We were traveling with a group and everyone booked the same thing but we got a really small room. I was also charged an extra $100 when we checked out.

They sold my room on 5/2 and did not have the room for me on 5/3 as contracted.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was over the top. Staff were all helpful.

I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The room was comfortable. Was able to power all my devices after hurricane Beryl and I was happy to have a place to sleep and a hot meal. Restaurants were close by.

The location is very convention close to I-45 easy on and off to Interstate. The breakfast area is nice and there was a person make the waffle to order (this is very nice). The parking lot was well lite at night this is good deter from bad behaviors.

The room is not soundproof, the noise coming from the hallway was loud and it was late into the night. The bath towels were not too soft, and the bathroom can use some minor TLC.

The air seemed a little damp and the cooling didn't seem it was working properly in my room.

The breakfast is great, open later than other hotels. The Room was spacious. The staff was kind and willing to accomodate needs of the customers efficiently.

The location is hard to get too. The pool has no lounger chairs so I had to lay towels on the ground to suntan, and the jacuzzi isn't hot but warm.

Other than this being the 2nd hotel we stayed in that we got to the room and the key didn't work and we had to go back to the desk, the room was good, the staff friendly.

Staff was courteous and breakfast good. Was good location to the sites we traveled to see.

Rooms looked nicer in pictures when booking. Bathroom shower was less than stellar.

Location was very important. The staff were spot on as to suggestions on food and entertainment in the area. I will book this hotel again and have already suggested it to a friend.

The coffee was terrible.

The hotel is fairly close to relatives in Houston. It's also close enough to Hobby airport for easy access to early morning flights but is in a better neighborhood than the area around Hobby. They have a really good hot breakfast too.

This was a very clean hotel and the staff was extremely helpful.

My room was by the hotel¿s air unit and the housekeeping closet so it was very noisy in my room. I had to blast the TV in order to hear it.
