Staybridge Suites Houston-NASA Clear Lake By IHG

The space in the rooms, the quality, carpet, cooling, and kitchen.

The breakfast was not the best.

Free laundry, good breakfast, awesome gym, nice rooms.

Incidental fee is too high and unnecessary.

The rooms are clean, staff is awesome, free plaundry, excellent breakfast.

Incidental fees are too high ($50/night). Housekeeping doesn't know how to read a clock. Check out time is 12 noon. At 1051am, housekeeping knocked on door and tried to enter room even though I told them I wasn't leaving till 12.

This hotel is fantastic! The hot tub and pool is beautiful and wonderful. They have a putting green. There were individually wrapped cookies at the check in desk. Breakfast was super. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays evening s they serve dinner. Great!

Not a thing!

We love the two-bedroom suites so we can share living space to hang out with friends and family. The location is great and we love the pool and breakfast! And all the staff has been exceptional!

My only suggestion would be around minor repairs. There are a few bald spots or torn spots in the carpet in the rooms we've been in. Some beds seem to be very hard, while others are fine. Otherwise, everything has been great!

We really enjoyed the full kitchen, free in-room snacks, and dove shower products. The location was very convenient and a nice, safe area with a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great! The location, the room was very nice with plenty of room, the staff was very nice and so accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we need a room I¿m the area.

We loved our experience! From the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, to the excellent breakfast and location. Our hotel stay exceeded our expectations. Slept well on the most comfortable bed and enjoyed having a separate kitchen and lounge area.

The room was lovely. Breakfast had a great variety. Had a great outdoor kitchen and a lot of laundry facilities.

The pool needed to be cleaned and the hot tub was not working.

Friendly staff, great location for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Kemah. Pool area was very nice and clean. Awesome hot and cold breakfast options. Movie room, workout room, snack bar, business center. Spacious rooms for family.

Stayed here during Covid and rooms were extremely clean, a 10! This time I'd say 8.5 which was a little disappointing.

Excellent free breakfast and happy hour meals and drinks, pool with waterfall, friendly crowd

Fire alarm went off at 5:30am.

Cleanliness, friendly service/staff, and great food.

The pool was nice, breakfast and the staff was great.

The Breakfast

They're in the process of renovations, the room we had was very old stained carpet, stained mattress. Not impressed at all.

Location is perfect. Anything you could possibly need during your stay is all in that area. Target, Walmart, usual strip mall stores and a mall, lots of restaurant options. NASA is a very easy, close drive. Good breakfast. Great pool area. Friendly staff.

Nothing, We loved everything about the hotel.

Great location and staff was great. Pretty clean and great amenities.

This hotel allows pets and not a fan of this. We were waken up by dogs barking in other rooms and walking through hallways.

Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Spacious suite. Excellent wifi.

The pool was definitely very cloudy and neglected. The first room I was in smelled like mold. I was moved to a different room that was better until I turned on the air conditioning. VERY strong smell. I did not choose this hotel again for my return stay.

Close to freeway

Placed in hot room without central ac the first night. Window unit in a top floor room is inadequate. Maintenance never came to check unit and we had to go downstairs again the next day to remind the front desk about the issue. Ended up having to move.

Staybridge never disappoints us. Beautiful hotel, nice lobby, good breakfast, clean and stylish rooms, comfortable beds, and a kitchen that has the necessities such as plates, flatware, dish soap, and so on.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Clean room, comfy bed and pillows
