Location

The corridor smelled of animal urine. We were told water will be turned off from 9:00 to 12:00 PM due to maintenance but was turned off before 8:00 AM. Not sure why the hotel charged us an extra $40 whereas they should have given us a credit for no water

Design of bathrooms, toilet, and shower in two different rooms was awkward and silly. Bathroom vent connected to another room where someone was smoking all night with the smoke coming in my room. Very unpleasant.

Check was easy, the staff personable and the room was more than I expected. The room was extra clean and smelled nice.

Clean and nice accommodations. Anthony at the front desk was so helpful and we appreciate his customer service.

No hot water at all throughout the entire hotel. Didn?t have an eta of when it would get fixed and have yet to refund my stay.

Everything was wonderful here from the accommodations to the staff to the location. Clean, comfortable rooms and a great included breakfast. We definitely plan on returning in the near future.

Parking good, check in great, nice room and layout, liked the toilet room being separated from showering room.

Key card wouldn't open the gym door. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Reading light on left side of bed didn't work.

This was a nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. I like the 2 bathroom areas. This will be my new spot when I stay in that area.

I did not like the breakfast had cold eggs. The sausage did not look appealing. I wish there were more options and better meat.

Outside air flow around wall mounted hvac unit. Outside temperatures were in the 20s. Thermostat was on opposite end of the room and we were constantly adjusting the settings. Broken refrigerator and bed linens had to be replaced. Shower sprayer missing.

The room was big enough and have two Queen beds and a sofa bed for 4 or 6 people. The breakfast was delicious and plenty food for everyone.

Was roomy and easy to get to, as well as the decent breakfast.

The AC unit really needs a tune up, it had a high pitched wail, you get used to it if you are tired enough

There were BUGS in BOTH rooms! As soon as I entered the first room first thing I saw was a BUG! I immediately let staff know. They moved me to different room. The next day I saw BUGS in second room! Will never stay in a Springhill Marriott again! Horrible

Clean, nice hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner and to Main Event for the kids to have some fun!

The pool is small and was full the whole time we were there, so we didn't get to use it.

Great size room for my whole family! Everyone slept very comfortably and enjoyed the free breakfast afterward.

First room I got the toilet wasn¿t working and neither was the phone. They moved me to another room and the phone wasn¿t working again. I rebooked for an additional night and ended up in another room where the bed sheets needed to be changed.

The shower door was broken off and there was a roach ¿¿ in the bed and it bit me. The carpet had red stains all over it ¿¿ the layout is horrible too, the bathroom is way too small
