Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Great room at a good price and an excellent breakfast buffet to start the day.

Not worth the price I paid. This was a basic room nothing worth --- bucks. We got in late to go to bed therefore we slept past breakfast I guess I paid for the hotel name at least holiday inn has an indoor pool smh

Clean. Well taken care of. Room was very comfortable. Free breakfast and a water, muffin and apple in a snack bag offered for free.

Small town. Limited restaurants. Does have a Walmart and a gas station.

Nothing at all!! Very rude, unprofessional, to be honest the worst experience I've ever had when staying at a hotel. Holiday Inn down the street isn't any better..it's the same manager at both hotels..if you can avoid staying there I would!

I would recommend this hotel because it seemed the ¿newest¿ in Vernon, TX. The other options look shabby, so I would definitely recommend staying there because of that.

The coffee machine, supplies, & the ice container & cups in the bathroom did not sit well with me. The tea bags were damaged due to the consistent steam from previous use of the shower. I refused to utilize them because of the location close to the toilet

toddler found pair of dirty white socks in the morning under bed after it had been closed with tape saying it had been thoroughly cleaned

The place was very clean and the staff very respectful my wife and enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location. The manager and the lady at the front desk were very nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Only took a minute to check in. Nice breakfast in the morning. Overall a good experience!

Was really looking for one with an indoor pool. But that’s being really picky.

Hotel could not find my reservation, front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. Was told hotel was completely booked and guy at the front desk simply shrugged his shoulders when I asked for my money back to go down the street.
