Quality Inn Van Horn

The price is affordable. The room was clean enough.

The room smelled of wet carpet.

Breakfast was ok! But a lots of carbs!

The floor was dirty bread crumb leverywhere!

Beds were comfy. We had an outdoor entry from the room.

Breakfast was well supply but tasted the usual bland. Room was a long walk to the office and breakfast.

The price is right if your just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours. The bed was pretty comfortable and the area was pretty quiet.

The rooms are outdated and the bathroom was very small

Just the location

It was dirty, the toilet was disgusting and it looked like somebody just pooped.

Bug infestation at entry door inside and out, bugs in the bed. Did not want to give refund. Offered another room, but it had bugs too. Hotel then gave a refund.

Right On I10 Freeway with Gas station nextdoor, large room, and had track parking.

Tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath.

The hotel was a bargain for what I paid. My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations, nice staff and freebie breakfast. Will stay there again.

Proximity to I-10 as we traveled through Van Horn. They had an OK breakfast - not the best but at least it wasn¿t just a continental breakfast. There were hot items.

The room could use some updating and the door was poorly fitted into the jamb. We could see plenty of light coming around it between the door and frame. But over all the room was serviceable.

Very dirty.dirt plies behind bathroom door. 50 plus dead flies on window sill. Strong carpet spray to cover cigarette smell in ac filter.

Location to highway

The whole experience - check in, the room, parking location for trailers being a distance away from room (couldn¿t see truck), sketchy surroundings.

Everyone we interacted with was so nice! Greatest staff here. The hotel felt safe. The bedding was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Also, the breakfast!! It had everything for everyone:)

I didn't like that we couldn't book a king (with pull out sofa) for two adults and two kids. We didn't want two queens, as we have a small child who sleeps with us when we travel and a teen who can sleep anywhere. No big deal though.

This location is a bit old and in desperate need on some renovations, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were very watery, I have had better.

Comfortable beds, quiet and convenient location, and a good breakfast. I totally enjoyed the "Texas Waffle", It was a treat!

Although the hotel was well kept, it was dated and a bit drab.

Overall, the room was fine. Bed was comfortable, bedding was nice. The sheer curtains on the window weren¿t in very good condition, however, it didn¿t affect our stay other than it looked shabby. The rest of the room was fine-not luxurious, but fine!

1st room had urine on bathroom floor. Changed rooms. Next one had urine on floor, dead cockroach,construction debris on beds & in microwave. We were exhausted so we cleaned it up and went to bed. We also determined we paid more than if we paid in person.

Location and it was nicely appointed. Housekeeping ladies were awesome!!

The coffee maker in the room did not work. The lobby coffee pots were dry. Their idea of ¿grab and go¿ continental was a small muffin, and an apple or an orange. The front desk clerk at check in was very bad. Check out gal was not much better.

Convenient and clean

Your little hall monitor desk clerk went to get help because I refuse to wear a mask. I am an at risk aged person with a science based opinion on the lack of efficacy of mask wear. My choice. Not yours. You are sucking the joy out of human interaction.
