Found Dead cockroach on floor shower doors kept falling off rails

The AC was very loud and the noice from the vehicles on road so loud, we did not sleep whole night. It is completely a waste of money.

What a great staff at the front desk! I walked in early, hoping to get into a room before a funeral and the staff was accommodating and took care of all of my requests with the highest standards!

No negative issues! Top notch staff and hotel!

The room was amazing! Very spacious and comfortable.

The ac did not work correctly, so it got very hot in room. Also, we had 4 other family members staying there at the same time and non of us had hot water for showering the entire 3 day stay. No hot water from the sink either.

The hot tub was green and unusable and there was no notification of this is advance. It took 3 days for them to clean it

The room and bathroom were dirty had hairs all over the shower . Then we didn¿t get room service when we got back late that afternoon our beds were not made and we didn¿t have toilet paper and we had to go down stairs to get clean towels .

Front desk personnel very nice.

It's ridiculous to still have the sack breakfast at this point. Could at least turn on the lights in the breakfast area and have container foods where you could sit down and eat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of our visit. Parking was convenient. Grab bag breakfast was tasty and versatile. Great way to deal with pandemic restrictions

We were not told that housekeeping had to be requested therefore our room was not tended on the second day of our visit. We had to ask for clean towels and extra coffee for the coffeemaker. These items were provided on request.

asked for our room to be cleaned. They couldn't do that. Needed towels in our room. Gave us towels for the pool instead.

Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast area.

Easy to find, near stores & restaurants. Check in fast, checkout even faster! Far surpassed expectations for cleanliness, amenities, comfort. Concierge and all staff friendly, helpful, went FAR above and beyond to accommodate families traveling together!

I paid for a premium king suite.. which was on the fourth floor. They forgot to mention to me the elevator was broke. Which had to use the stairs for 3 days.

Nothing. It had dirty bathrooms and the electric went out while was getting dressed. Talk to the front desk about a discount and no one has called me back. So she lied. Bad bad.

Room had chipped paint on walls, torn curtains, and bathroom floor tile was dirty and needed re-grouting. Defintely not a three star hotel due to poor maintenance.

Coffee maker is a pod. Had to heat up water. Prefer an 'old fashion' one not up on top of a 5 foot furniture

There is not much to chose from in Uvalde, TX This was a very clean and easy access Hotel. II will definitely book with them again when imminent he area.
