The hotel overall is great! The staff is nice, rooms are clean, the amenities are good, and the pool are is nice.

The beds are so flat that it made my back hurt the entire weekend.

This is our second time staying in this hotel since August and both times the pool has not been working.

I love the Hotel I stay all the time at least 10 time a year I asked for a room on the first floor and was told yes but it did not happen

Staff was amazing, but he was efficient, knowledgeable, and eager to satisfy any needs we had. Even included a free upgraded because they needed the room we booked (2 beds) and we did not.

I truly enjoyed my stay with the exception of the crazy doorlock. Staff did put me in a new room.

The location (South Tyler) of the hotel is excellent! The hotel was also very clean, the staff was friendly, the room was cold, and checking in and out was easy! Another great feature is that the thermostat is on the wall!

Quiet neighborhood and proximity to a wonderful walking trail. Staff were all friendly and happy.

Breakfast was great. Breakfast attendant was very busy and did a great job keeping up with the demands of patrons. Very clean and food was tasty. Even had bacon - which was a first in our travels for a free breakfast.

There was no front desk attendant present at 4pm in the afternoon. I had to go hunt for an employee to check in. After several minutes of waiting I spotted an employee working behind a bar area. I asked her about check in. She said she would be there soon

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious.

We were on the first floor and the water from the rooms above was very loud coming down the pipes in our wall.

Front desk staff, Scott, usually checks me in and is always reassuring when I'm arriving in the evening. The remaining staff is friendly and breakfast is great. It's my go to place for value and location when coming into town.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bedding and pillows were very nice. Staff were very helpful before arrival and during our stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Could not cancel even though I was in need of emergency lodging due to 100+ temperature,severe storms and outages in out area. Power company said the power would not be back on until Friday, June 23rd . I paid for 3 more nights than I used due to NC poli
