This hotel is new and was perfect from the linens, the staff, the gym to the breakfast. Flawless in every way. This was a fantastic hotel for the price point.

The quick response to any questions, the friendly staff and they had awesome nighttime treats!

Nothing really. The room I paid for online had a king size bed and sofa. When we got there there was no sofa. I called down and within 5 minutes we were in a room that had both.

I was in Room 221 and the sink stopper did not work. My 90 year old mom was washing her face and stopped to sink to hold the water, then could pull the stopper up, therefore the water couldn’t drain. We were told the maintenance would be there and never came to fix it so we had to do everything from the bathtub, wash hands, brush teeth, wash all done in the bathtub??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️

I liked how kind the lady who checked me in was.

The whole rooms humidity was so bad, everything in the room was damp and made it seem gross and I know they most likely have mold because of it.

The room was a little humid when we got in there. The curtains did not quite block the light out at night

I booked a king suite with a good jacuzzi that did not work for my back and leg issues, I asked the staff and they told me they had no other rooms available? I paid the extra money just to have that to relieve my pain.

We didn't get to the pool but maybe next time we visit. When we travel to Tyler and stay over we will be staying again . The breakfast was delicious. We have stayed at other hotels in Tyler and this one made us feel like home. The staff was very professional and so friendly. From the front office to the housekeeping staff were the best. Bathroom smelled of mildew

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. A very well lit parking lot over by the pool area.

I arrove late, so it was dark outside, and getting to the property through the back road it took me, felt a little uneasy not knowing the area. The loud cars with music blaring made it hard to fall asleep

Price was reasonable. Room was okay.

The pool was not clean. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. Some things were broken.

Both hot and cold breakfast was available. The coffee was good. When the batteries went dead on the TV remote at 10pm, the front desk person ran a new set up to us.. we appreciated that.

The key cards were difficult to use. We had them reset for our room and side outside door and we still had difficulty with them. The dining area was uncomfortable.... chairs were old and warn. We ended up taking our food back up to our room.

The staff was professional and courteous The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean The breakfast was good check out was easy and we were thanked for staying

Was not able to stay.

The person at the front desk could not find my reservation made with booking.com. she was very rude and got really offended when the booking.com agent called to find out what happened. When I called back to see if there were any rooms available, she just flat out said no and hung up. Did not look, did not even tried

Coffee was great. Didn't have time to eat breakfast but grabbed a couple of blueberry muffins that were delicious.

No complaints.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink was not good. We couldn’t get in the side doors with our cards and everyone else had the same issue. From where we parked it would have been very convenient., we attempted to get in to that building through the side door and had to walk around front in the pouring rain. I told the staff all they said was if must be the rain causing it that wasn’t true because it didn’t work when it wasn’t raining and others were equally mad about it. Also had issues getting into the room
