Breakfast options were very minimal

Everyone was so nice!

The only thing that I didn’t like is they never told me it would be $25 dollars a day for my dog to stay. They just said it would be $25 and then it ended up being $50.

Room was clean

Front desk tone is not very professional. I asked for a complimentary through room phone and said it was downstairs. They don't deliver the water to the room because it was checkout tine, which was fine. I went downstairs and just said that water cost $3.

Bed and pillows were wonderful

Parking is hard to fond

This hotel is really good. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, and excellent customer service.

Location is convenient

We checked in around 10pm. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all. We asked her a few questions and she acted like it was an annoyance to answer them.

Location for visiting our family is good.

Staff at the front desk were phenomenal. Lady who cleaned our room didn?t want to clean so kept asking do you want the room cleaned after your shower to which I replied yes. Are you sure you want the room cleaned? Ok just give me some towels.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was $10 extra for the whole room (two adults and two kids) which I felt was a good value. Awa and staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Dove products in the bathroom.

The pool was closed and didn¿t open until the week after our visit. Made for some disappointed kiddos.

Staff very friendly. Bed extremely comfortable. And the location is great. My go to hotel when visiting Tyler.

Room was comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable.

No food available on Sundays. The restaurant was closed the whole day.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds is what makes a customer comes back time and time again when traveling. The front ladies were all hospitable and accommodating. Seems like a great company to be a part of.

Friendly staff, restaurant was nice, great food, friendly services and reasonably priced.

This is a nice, clean, quiet Hotel in the best location for shopping and dining. I have stayed at some great hotels in Tyler, but I will be going back to this Holiday Inn.

Remodeled tastefully. Amenities would meet travelers needs without leaving hotel plus many options in short walking distance.Staff was super Texas friendly. Huge parking lot to accommodate cars trucks & buses. Looking forward for repeat visit

Rooms were good

At that price they should have offered free breakfast. But at $14.95 per person is ridiculous!

The Sunday AM buffet was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It was a little out if the way for where we were headed (Whitehouse)

This hotel was close to where we needed to be. Pretty clean

This hotel could use an update. The furnishings are quite old and the floors and tile work are about 80% done. The room was pretty noisey

Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Observed roaches in bathroom. Requested room change and did not observe any bugs in the second room. The first room had not been thoroughly cleaned as there was food crumbs in microwave and counter around microwave not clean.

Location was great! Room was more or less just a place to sleep. Comfortable bed.

Free breakfast is definitely a perk, this hotel doesn¿t offer that. ***Just a warning, there¿s hot water and there¿s scalding HOT water. Can¿t wash your hands without adding in cold water.
