No employees at front desk, we waited 15 minutes for an employee to come check us in.. The carpet in100 hall and our room was dirty and stained. Our room was not cleaned after the first night stay. We were told that service must be requested.

It was very nice, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms, pet friendly.

That there was no hot water in our room for the entirety of our stay (1 night only). Even if the hotel was full, it should be prepared to give each room hot water. This was not the case. I tried several times, but no hot water came to shower or sinks.

Mattress needs replacing & equipment on too of bldg was noisy & kept me awake as it would come on & off. Thermostat didnt work right.

The staff was very helpful. Our room was nice and spacious, and also very clean. A great area of town and I would love to visit again.

I like everything about the hotel.

Issue upon Check-in started our experience with a "bad taste" Reserved Queen Suite well in advance. Informed on arrival there was no Queen available, only King for 3 Adults, offered Roll-a-way bed. Staff & Hotel was great. Third party booking was problem.

Not crazy about Coffee & breakfast selection. No orange juice or fruit

The swimming pool, the basketball half court, breakfast, and the living room/kitchen setup, Wednesday dinner.

We had stayed here 3 years ago and had a great experience - came back this year for one week and we¿re disappointed with the overall quality of service. There is no one cleaning the rooms unless you ask, and I had to ask four times for someone to come.

Very disappointed for a Hilton hotel, room wasn¿t ready waited almost 2 hours before they offered me a different room because my room was still not ready. The sheets had a stain on it and two of the pillows had something nasty on it. I will not be back !

The room was very clean. Bed was also very comfortable!

Sunday morning they cleaned the pool deck with a power washer. It was early and loud.

Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room.

Disappointed that my booking that I book way back April was changed due to lack of availability in rooms.

Carpets In hallways/elevators filthy and stained. Deadbolt did not work properly in room 330. Also the bedroom door would not latch. Many lights out. Room had lots of decaf coffee, only one regular. Price too high for accommodations

The room had extended stay appliances and furniture. It looked modern and relatively new. My blanket smelled unwashed and there were footprints of naked feet on the bathroom floor. The location of the room was loud light was coming in from a gap und. door

Room was next to ice maker, bit noisy, light was coming in through a gap under the door. Didn't seem to be very clean. The TV had mainly teleshopping channels.

I did like the fact they offered breakfast and had complementary bottle water.  the front desk was great. I did like the higher end finishes to the hotel. Pillow and bed was very comfy

My room could have used another cleaning. There was sauce all over the floor, there was a greasy stain on the headboard...could have used and extra walk through

Very nice rooms with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good.

The room was never cleaned, there were hairs on the floor/shower. We stayed a week & they never mopped or vacuumed the room. We complained to the front desk who said we would be compensated & that a Manager would speak to us. We never heard back from MGR.

I like the rooms set up and how quite it was.

The breakfast buffet could offer a little more variety.

The breakfast options were limited and overall unsatisfactory.
