Clean. Plenty of nice towels. Nice sitting area in the room

We enjoyed the large room, the fairly comfortable bed, the mostly friendly staff, and the included Continental style breakfast.

The mold in the bathroom, the somewhat musty smell in the room, one staff member was a bit offish when asked about a couple of issues, an advertised (Google maps), non-existent pool/hot tub, "filtered" water in juice machine tastes mildewed.

It was dirty and we didn't even stay there. Lost my money even with insurance. Had good reviews online but not what we found when we got there. Even my daughter had a reservation there too and left. Went to another property.

Location great. No noise. Bathroom was clean with plenty towels. Size of room, great.

Breakfast was not on par with Sleep Inn nearby. Room had a musty, old smell. One of the beds in the room had a faint pee smell that awakened me during the night. Had to move to the other bed. Front lobby was not inviting. Left clothes in closet, gone.

The hotel was clean and the staff members were nice. The location (South Tyler) of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast was satisfactory.

I needed to use the printer, but it was not working and the staff was unsure when it would be repaired. However, the staff printed the documents for me. I was most disappointed in the a/c. The thermostat was not on the wall and it did not cool properly.

Branielle gave us excellent customer service upon check-in.The hotel had a clean smell thru out.Breakfast was hot and fresh. The area was not far from our event.

The shower was only warm for three days. I could not adjust the pressure or the head.

We booked several rooms on multiple reservations for a wedding. Staff was very helpful in placing us on the same floor and adding extra nights. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Rooms and linens/towels were quality

Long black hair and short hairs on bedspread, room smelled like a wet dog, clerk was rude and unresponsive ¿young thin Hispanic mail with glasses.¿ Very unwelcoming.

The location was great . There were plenty of food options and entertainment and shopping.

The couch in our room stunk and had stains on it. When we pulled out the couch bed for our granddaughter it was a mess of sheets. Out mattress needed to be changed out. Also, need to watch guest in am in breakfast area. No shoes making mess with food

While the staff was awesome, the room was clean and the breakfast above average for a typical free breakfast, there were a couple of big issues for us.

This was a vacation for grandkids. Swimming all day was their priority. The pool was green when we arrived and only got worse. The hot tub had been filled with cement. The air in the halls weren't working. The door to the pool had to be propped open.

first, I had a 100 dollar deposit which was not mentioned. Went to room 1st thing my daughter wanted to swim so didn't really inspect the room thoroughly. Went back to room linens were dirty had to get someone to switch them. Banister was broken.Lots More
