Quiet. Clean. Convenient location. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very nice suite. Loved the space and the room was immaculate!

The ONLY complaint I have was the water in the tub in 243 did not get hot. The shower and sink were fine though. Perhaps it¿s on a safety setting for children but needs to be hotter for adults.

Location was convenient for other shopping needs, the indoor pool and hot tub were the main reason for choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint.

Wish I would have known that all rooms only had stand up showers. Better description of hotel rooms would be helpful.

Location was great, ample parking, great amenities, friendly and informative staff.

Bed pillows were terribly soft and flat.

The website said oversized tubs - seemed like a regular sized tub to us The staff that checked us in before 3 was super friendly Evening staff was unfriendly

The staff was very friendly and professional, the room was clean location easy access to the hotel and close to anything you want to do in the city.

There was only one high back chair that was not comfortable at all the desk chair was more comfortable and is what I sat in most. The bed was hard and not sure what kind of pillows they have but they weren¿t supportive at all I would have asked for more

Pool and hot tub were drained which was not advertised, ac in hotel was broken, room ac on went down to 70 and everything was wet and stunk from the high humidity, my clothes even got damp.

The room was great! Very clean hotel and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was phenomonal.

The pool and spa could have better upkeep. The spa water spouts seemed clogged it was making odd sounds and the water didnt seem clean, pool water looked the same.

Big open room and the whirlpool was nice

Customer service was less than stellar. Room had stains on the floor lamp shades were broken. Shower door was loose. All in all it looked like a fancy room that was just never kept up with.

We got complimentary breakfast and drinks due to the fact that Priceline messed up our room, so the front desk gave us that because of the mess up.

Hotel was great, we will be staying there again. The only thing was the mess up on the room I ordered

I booked this hotel for the indoor pool facilities and when we arrived we weren't told that the pool was closed for cleaning! very disappointed children

I liked the pool, whirlpool, and work out room the breakfast was good

i checked in at 3 they did not tell me the room was still being cleaned they had me and my family waiting in the hall for 15 min. front desk did not have another room for me to move to the carpet had spots and the room needed to be detailed cleaned

The hotel was in a very safe part of town and had a nice park-like setting. It was quiet, comfy, and clean.

They seemed very excited about their dials on the beds that were supposed to allow you to customize your firmness. We didn't notice any difference in the firmness when trying the different settings.

Room was Very Clean and the Bathroom was clean and no mold in site

Had to look for staff on arrival (at Bar) - a little too casual for my taste - Indoor Pool was outdoor cold, and Hot tub was hot but whirlpool function did not work (Also had bad smell) - No Comp Breakfast ($11 per)

Bathroom lighting too dim. Refrigerator very noisy.

Hotel staffs are very helpful, accomodating, and very courteous.
