Garner Hotel Tyler Southwest by IHG

Breakfast was very good.?many selections and kept clean! Loved the flowers and landscaping and pool looked nice!

The cars on the street had very loud pipes! Hotel can?t control that! My sink and toilet needed updating. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Price and location!

Lack of bathroom paper and floor not swept daily!

Minor issue with TV. Problem resolved in a timely manner.

Good bed.

Breakfast was well stocked. No orange juice. Egg disc's not so good. Gravy was nasty.

Clean, good location, comfortable bed, room had a sitting area, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. AC worked, bathroom was clean and had the big bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash attached to the side of the shower. Decent hot breakfast

If I had to say a bad thing, the couch in our room had a patch on it, and the coffee wasn't great.

Their breakfast was sadly lacking and I had to get my key card redone 3 times in a 2 day stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was cleaned and nicely decorated for the season.

We overslept by 20 minutes and missed breakfast Sunday and had to leave too early for a flight and didn¿t get breakfast Monday. Later breakfast on the weekend would be appreciated when people like to sleep in.

The ¿free¿ breakfast: boiled eggs, sausage pastries and waffles with juice. They were out of apple juice, only a few pastries, no fruit, no sausage. After asking they then brought out half cooked sausage and old biscuits

The location of this hotel, right on the south loop, was perfect and the young lady who was the customer facing representative of the hotel was fantastic.

The ¿breakfast¿ was nothing to write home about but that wasn¿t why I stayed there anyway..

Friendly welcoming staff (Rose) at checki-in and checked. And.clean room.

the tv is hard to work .. i had to get the desk clerk to use a master remote to get any channels.. then i could not turn it off or i would have to get the clerk again .

The television did not work. The telephone was destroyed and the breakfast was not concidered breakast.

A/C leaked all over the floor soaking our bags and clothing, management was misleading when we asked specifically about what was served for breakfast, only wanted to give one room key, and didn¿t bother to rectify any of this.

The bed wasn't that comfortable,one of the reasons I got hotel, been staying in hospital room with family member,and need a good night's sleep every couple of days

Good value. TV had large selection of channels and changing channels was instant instead of a lot of hotels where it seems to take a long time to switch channel. Fridge was cold!

Breakfast room was a little small.

It was cheaper than other motels in the area

My room faced the intersection. Had traffic noise all night long (tires squealing, horns, loud music, etc) No vending machines even though there are signs saying they have them.

Staff was courteous. Room was tidy but had a few a couple of items needing repair.

Breakfast was bare minimal. First experience of having boiled eggs served instead of scrambles or omelets.

Friendly, helpful staff, hotel was clean, safe, and well maintained. Location was great and near an event we were attending. Plenty of restaurants and stores in close proximity.

Hotel was a little slow in returning my deposit collected when I checked in, but it was returned. Would not affect my decision to stay there in the future. My overall experience was excellent!
