Absolutely nothing
The hotel was gross. Our room didn't get cleaned because they said we had a do not disturb sign out. We did not. There was a guy at the lobby trying to force us to take shots. We almost switched hotels.
It's located in the ideal area where the people I'm visiting live at
Breakfast service. The person that was supposed to fix the breakfast didn't show. So the lady in the front that check people in had to scramble to try and cook everything. Normally not like that. She did the best she could and I appreciated that

Lots of noises from A/C and TV (after being turned off). Rim around the bathroom sink as dirty under the rim and the tub grout had some mold.
The staff was friendly and quick to accommodate but there are things they just cannot help in.
The elevator was out all week. The door to the bathroom did not shut right.
The front desk staff was very pleasant.
There was vomit on the floor of the restroom in my room. The refrigerator did not work, there was no phone or iron in the room. I arrived after mid night just wanting to go to bed, and was beyond disappointed.

Tired and worn out facility. Room smelled like Clorox. Refrigerator didnâ≢t work. I think we paid to much for sub par facility.

Hotel staff was not professional. The lady who checked me in was on her cell phone and was rude. I got to my room and there was a loud noise coming from the refrigerator. Got a new room that was better. Not super clean.

No indoor pool, kinda far from I-20.
The personnel were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
The room had only one bed for three people. The bed was king size, for my wife, my handicapped daughter and me. Next time I will try to get a room with two Queen size beds.
