Cleanliness. There were towels left at my door in the hallway from the previous cleaning that stayed there forn2 days. The phone didn't work. The bathroom had soap scum om the walls.

Indoor pool was enjoyable for kids.

Breakfast was same every day. Jacuzzi in room didn't work. No towels at pool.or.extra for room.

Couch bed was a bit ragged and uncomfortable

Easy to find close to family.

Toilet needed fixing. No room service first day. Second day they only straighten the top cover of the bed. Third day they did not take out the trash. Tissue was not replaced. You can hear water running all of the time in the bathroom.

Dirty sheets when I first entered the room. Apparently, the cleaning staff doesn¿t think it is necessary to change the sheets between guests.

Hotel staff was very friendly and they offer free breakfast. The hotel is in a convient and safe location.

Room was gross and bed had hair and bugs in it. Bathtub had hair in it. Put me on a floor with loud drunks amd banging on door

It was close to my destination, smooth check in with a friendly clerk.

The beds and pillows left quite a bit to be desired.

I liked most the actual hot breakfast as advertised. It's hard to get that these days. Holiday Inn express is mostly always to be counted on.

The staffs cars blocking the front valet area.

The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly.

The shower handle was broken and the water barely got warm. If I was staying for a longer time, I would have been extremely frustrated. However, for a one night stay, I just dealt with it.

Everything was fantastic from the time I walked in. The hotel staff was amazing. I was greeted with professionalism. Everyone was overly kind. The staff helped me with any questions I had. They were on it about everything. Breakfast was awesome as well !

I had ants in my room! They were in the window-seal, the bathroom, and making a trail up one of the walls. I told the front desk clerk as I was checking out. He seemed completely unbothered and not shocked as he told me he¿d have maintenance look at it.

The room was AMAZING and the staff went above and beyond to make sure mt needs were met, even calling after I made it to the room to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was wonderful and I will definitely be staying there again!!!

The person in the room next to me was talking on his phone VERY loudly and was quite obnoxious but that was not the hotel¿s fault.

The bathroom door would not stay open, desk chair was broke, this was a handicap room which I did not request or need and the shower head was to low and could not be raised.

Bathroom door had crack in it, toilet was dirty, sheets stained, air conditioner not working. Requested towels from house keeping. Never got them. Front desk never answers phone. Had to call main number just to get someone to answer phone. Smoke smell

Location was great for the weekend event.

Yes, the first room assigned, the bed sheets were badly stained. (RM 209). Reassigned to (RM 211); the room was heavily saturated with cigar smoke smell. The next morning after my wife moved the comforter back, she notice a quarter side blood stain.

Typical quality from this chain. Very good hot breakfast with a lot of choices. Comfortable bed and separate bathroom area. Hallways and room were clean.

Hotel hard to get out of. You cannot make a left turn out of the hotel and you have to drive a bit to be able to turn around. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom ran constantly. No way to turn it off.
