- Staff were very rude and unprofessional…hung up in my face when I called back the next day to speak with the manager about refund. 1st room was very damp feeling…smelled like mold mildew and marijuana and the tub was dirty2nd room was ok far as cleanliness but still had a slight odor…the tub & sink water was coming out brown which is what caused me to chk outChkd in at 9:25pm Chkd out at 1:20is am 1/30/26…it is now 2/2/26 and I have yet to hear from anyone from the property or booking.com
- The walls were thin so we could hear everything throughout the night. The air conditioner was under the window and a cold draft was coming in so the sensors on the AC were probably thrown off, making it hard to keep the actual room cooler. Carpets looked like they needed to be shampooed.
