Staybridge Suites The Colony - Frisco By IHG

Before checkout, cleaning crew opened door 2 times of us

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Room and halls were hot and had a strong musty smell. Room would not cool. Breakfast was very lacking... no waffles, cook was rude and when I asked a question, he held his hand up and shook his finger at me.

Room was very clean and quiet. The evening snacks were good and breakfast had several choices. Lots of fresh fruit at both.

Breakfast was decent, room was clean Okay place to stay but probably would choose somewhere else next time.

Pool was small and cloudy? kinda dirty, room was okay but a little small and compact.

We stay here everytime we come to Dallas. We love the hotel

They charged me a $150 smoking fee on my card WGEN WE DONT SMOKE!!!!!!

Location is near expressways and shopping.

Shower water pressure was weak, toilet flush handle had to be held down to flush.

Plenty of space for my boys and I.

When we pulled the sofa bed out, all kinds of trash fell out: pen, pencil sharpener, kids toy, etc. Breakfast was from 7:30am-10:30. We got downstairs to eat at 8:15pm, but they were already out of syrup. How????

The location was perfect. We were in the middle of Plano.

Our room had torn furniture and used lotion and the hot breakfast was more on the continental breakfast side.

Location was great for us. The man who checked us in was so polite, patient and super friendly!!He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my room by being able to switch my room from the 1st floor to the 4th. Excellent customer service from him

Room was not as clean as should have been. Sticker on wall, taffy in the window sill, Kleenex looked shoved back in box! Never received our "Do Not Disturb "sign and asked twice for it. We were there for 3 days.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor of this beautiful hotel and will definitely recommend it to others. Also the staff was very professional and courteous.

The hotel staff was polite, attentive, and welcoming. The room, the bathroom, the fitness center, and the breakfast area was very clean and well-kept.

The gentleman that checked us in was extremely helpful and took an interest in why we were there. (Basketball tournament) He even made a point to check in with us while we were using the basketball court.

It¿s convenient enough to city, country, shop, laid back or hustle.Kitchen ready, coffee pot &coffee provided, breakfast choices hot/cold. Desk plug for cell charging. Bed comfy, fresh fragrance in toiletries.Quiet when I stayed there.

Toilet wouldn¿t flush but very quickly remedied by kind staff.

Location was great. Room was nice.

Room was filthy. There were wrappers on the floor from prior guests, brown substance on floor in br, crumbs in kitchen, and plastic in the sheets. Complained at front desk and was told they had 4 housekeepers quit and they did best they could. Rude staff.

The size of the room was very spacious and the location was awesome

The breakfast was not very good. The staff was not very helpful.

Everything was wonderful clean room, comfortable beds, nice staff. The breakfast is my only complaint they really need to do better with that.

Breakfast was awful

Mold in the rooms. I am allergic. I started breaking out.

Better help to train new people.

The pool was closed for the ¿season¿ but no other place I¿ve ever been to in Texas closed their pool. The fountain in the pool area was on so this was confusing to my child. I chose this place for the ¿home¿ feel and was disappointed. Also, no oven.

The location, the cleanliness.

Carpet

Perfect location, clean room, and breakfast!
