1. Located next to the Top Golf course with bright lights coming into the building. 2. No water bottle filling station in the hotel, let alone on each of the floors. 3. Rooms were not upgraded.

Location is great!

Be sure to pull back the sheets!!! The room was unacceptably dirty. Amid, from front desk, agreed it was not ok. (Tons of hair, body fluid stains, and yellow smear on bed.) They offered us another room, but upon inspection with Amid, it was ALSO filthy.

Checkin did not work, charged my credit cards 5 seperate times for security deposit & they were still not able to check us in due to their system not working.. room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so the hotel agreed to cancel our stay & refund money

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms are always outstanding at every location of a Hyatt Place I've been to so far.

The morning breakfast was very weak. Location directly on top of the local highway led to ambient noise from cars leaking into room.

Room design, comfortable sofa, and bathroom shower.

No microwave in the room.

There was food in the fridge for the previous guest. The room was hot. On the second night, was locked out of my room and was told I had been marked as a ¿no show¿ and they had given my room to someone else. Thankfully, they finally got that fixed but¿

Space and accommodation for families. Lobby and bar area.

Very friendly front counter staff. Nice breakfast. Bar attached to front that was open till midnight.

Clean & modern. Nicely decorated.

In-room coffee pot was MISSING filter tray, which made it useless! Temperatures in many common areas was elevated, perhaps in the 85° to 90° F range.

Room was clean and modern. TV actually worked well. AC was reasonably quiet and effective. Couch wasn't completely flattened so you could sit with out pain. Elevators were large and fast.

Parking shared with neighboring businesses.

Very clean, nice staff, beds are comfortable.

They need larger and newer coffee crafts. We've stayed at this location before, and their coffee crafts are slow, old, and too small. The staff have to tend to them constantly, and there is always a line to get coffee.

The room was disgusting: old urine and toilet paper in the toilet (horrible smell) and molded coffee packets in the coffee maker. I told the desk lady, and she said ¿thanks for letting me know¿

Location is near suburbs

Yes. It was filthy, towels and shower had leftover hair. We ended up crashing immediately, so we did not realize the bed was infested with some type of bugs. My guest and I were itching and had bites. Do not stay here. Did not receive any refund.

Pool not open (thought it was due to COVID bc an employee said it had been shut down since March but heard from another employee that they needed to call maintenance for it.) A hot breakfast was not served - it was a cold brown bag with limited options

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Hot water was not working for several hours, so had to wait until late in the evening to shower.

My requested handicap room was nice. Shower head could have had more power.

The breakfast was great, so well thought out and organized. They even had real butter and artisan type bread. The blueberries were Texas sized. Staff very gracious! even cinnamon, nutmeg and cocoa for the coffee.

Oatmeal was watery some days and great others. location was a little out of the way.
