It is clean , comfortable, and the staff is nice.

The room was huge, smelled good, was very clean and quiet. Check in was super easy. Others complained of construction noise, but we never heard a thing.

With it being under construction, there was no visible address so it was hard to find in the dark. Their grab & go definitely could have had a few more options aside from apples and 2 kinds of muffins. Only water and coffee were offered as beverages.

Comfortable bed

My TV would not connect to the network so I was unable to watch TV. There was also minimal options for drinks at the bar. No sparkling wine or beer.

Downstairs coffee is only available if you buy the breakfast. It should not be part of the breakfast. It should be included with the room. The coffee maker in the room makes baby size cups of coffee.

The bed was comfortable

The outside looked run down and I didn?t like that it was still inder renovation and still pricey and that I had to pay for hot breakfast

The staff was somewhat responsive.

When I arrive I noticed smoke and a strong odor of burning. There is a restaurant that smokes meats which is fine but there is an intake of the smoke into the hallways to the rooms. Worst of all in my room, there was a strong sewage odor in bath.

It was a bad experience. The hotel was pretty dirty and we had a lot of issues with our room. We?ll never go back there again.

When I was laying in the bed right before we were going to sleep, I rolled over and noticed my pillowcase had a lipstick stain on it. My wife noticed that the bed had some hairs from someone previous on the sheets and the towels had a hair stuck on them

Room was renovated and clean. Shower and TV were good.

Breakfast was either cereal or toast. However they didn?t have milk for the cereal.

Unexpected charges that have still not been refunded, people banging on doors and walls all hours of the night and no one did anything to stop them

Some rooms that accommodate pets,still had pet odors and when we were moved to another room there were bed bugs

Horrible experience

I didn't like the fact that I spent --- dollars for the room, and since I didnt have the money for the deposit of 50.00, I couldn't get my 80.00 dollars back.

The staff is personable and prompt and efficient with providing services. It's an excellent location and overall, very comfortable. It's a good value vis-a-vis price and quality.

Yes, needs two new washers, they have mold and the belt on one about to go out! they have been very neglected, I had to leave the building to go to a Washateria

Location & cleanliness of inside & room

The out side areas definitely needs some cleaning/updating. All the cushions/furniture is tattered/not in good shape, no loungers in the pool area, pool itself needs cleaning/filled up with fresh water, & none of the features seemed to work either
