Location and cleanliness

Water pressure in shower was very low and they’re aware of it but hasn’t been resolved. Breakfast area lady was not friendly or welcoming at all.

A morning staff employee appeared to be off duty but helped the new management in training solve a billing issue with my credit card.

the night time desk person, double charged my card.

How close it is toy work place

The AC was not working properly in either room I stayed in. The water pressure is so weak

Cleanliness and friendliness. Close to lots of restaurants.

Does not have a microwave to use.

I love the lady that was working New Years Day. I am a repeat customer there and she is just so friendly and genuine.

this was our fuirst tuime staying at a TRU. Bed was not comfortable, pillows were sub standard, towels were ?tough? Staff was very nice.?the only positive of the stay.

I love staying at a Tru. The front desk was very nice and friendly. Room was already cooled when we checked in around 9:30pm. We only stayed one night. Beds are comfortable. Didn?t get to try breakfast since we slept in.

Quite and clean and loved the breakfast and pool

Very clean and many amenities in lobby as well as rooms. They have a play room with pool tables and other games. Very nice coffee bar with good creamers.

The management and staff were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful! The best I have encountered in years! True customer service is hard to find these days. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Location was great

The breakfast was horrible. Our room was very muggy. Every thing was about to fall off the wall, including all the knobs in the bathroom, which is kind of a hazard considering it was a room for handicapped and all the bars were very loose.

The activity¿s in the lobby for the kids and the sitting area by the pool is such a bonus. Also the beds are comfortable. It¿s a great hotel for a great price.

The breakfast options are decent. Wish there was more protein options.

Hotel lobby was nice, lots of sitting space, games and pool table. Staff was exceptional! We had a hiccup with the bed sheets in our room Wes went above and beyond to resolve the issue and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was great as well.

The pricing along with breakfast and clean rooms

I loved all the games they had in the lobby for us to play. They had a pool table, shuffle board, various other board games and corn hole outside. Breakfast had a great variety. Loved the swing chairs in the lobby as well to sit and relax .

The staff is fantastic. The area it's located in is accessible to shopping, restaurants, and my family. Thank you for a fantastic stay
