The room was remodeled.

Unsafe Remo with items all over. Peeling bubbling paint on new room. Not many breakfast selections.

Nothing was good

The blankets had holes in them, there was only one towel and two wash cloths, the cable channels on the tv didn?t work they were snowy, there was an awful mildew smell in the room, and the A.C was making a loud noise.

My AC went out then I was given another room with no tv and then told that there were no other rooms and that I would get a refund

Nothing at all

This was the most disgusting and disappointing hotel I?ve EVER visited. Stained sheets and towels, the floors were absolutely FILTHY, the room was a nonsmoking but REEKED like cigarette smoke, there were roaches, and none of the outlets worked.

Nothing but location.

Very disappointed. The room had roaches the floor was dirty, the bed sheets had holes in them. The wall had graffiti, the toilet was running, the sink was clogged. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff and Location

OMG How city of Texas City is letting this to operate. Door Woods are crumbling apart, Bed sheets have bloods. everything is broken

The room was filthy, we had to clean our feet before we went to bed because the bottom of them were black from the dirt on the floor. The TV only got about 1/3 of the channels. There was no phone in the room, so that meant that you couldn't get a wake up

Price per night, location,ac worked good, toilet worked good huh

Toilet seat was loose and falling off I had to tigten it up, the tub for the shower was very unsafe and slick. Has no anti slip strips in the bottom someone will get hurt badly one day, roaches running off the table, door handle on the bathroom door loose

As soon as I opened the room door I smelled a terrible mold smell. Also you could see that they attempted to paint over the mold in the room. I will never stay there again and I wish there was a way I could ask for a refund.

Location was the best and the lady who checked me in she was very nice.

I didn't like the sink had a leak and I had water on the floor. I reported it and nobody left me a note or contacted me to move me. Plus the sink had no hot water. I was informed at check out I could move. Nobody told me.

I booked a room and they didn't have any when I arrived. Then I was given a old room that someone was in. They had roaches

Moved to 4 different rooms. Each room was terrible.

Lights didn't work and there was no hooks or hanging space to hang clothes and towels

My employees felt unsafe to spend the night so they never stayed.

Overall it was Good, we have a place to sleep and we didn¿t spend that much
