We ended up not staying the whole night as planned. The smell of the cleaning products proved too strong for my wife, who has asthma.

bathrm needs little things fixed-shower door slide, etc., desk staff turning out lights constantly in common area 1st flr so hotel appears closed; brkfst items like cinn.rolls not filled after 1st hr.; desk staff often not at front desk, except 3pm lady

I had to keep getting new room keys from one day to the next. I think when they were making the key each day, they were only doing it for that night and not for the for the three nights stay I was there.

Big room

Shop was bad. Not only dirty but looked like a bunch of bandages to fix issues.

The staffs were great and hotel was located at the great location.

The rooms were not well maintained. Strong smell in all rooms we were in

Was unable to get to hotel related to world wide outage and the hotel refused to refund money because it was a non refundable reservation.

The breakfast was not consistent with Holiday Inn Express menus. No cinnamon rolls, no sausage or meat, no gravy for biscuits during the week. They only offered these items in the weekend. Very disappointing

Great staff, cleanliness, comfortable room, very clean and attractive breakfast while also being very easily accessible.

Ladies in breakfast area, hotel employee were very hospitable, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted.

No ice machine on every floor. Need big sign to say where ice located.

Nice hotel off the main road. Room was very clean! All appliances worked as well as the a/c. Very nice staff who gave us great restaurants in the area. Close to shopping outlet, Wal-Ma, and eating establishments.

The TV did not work, no soap in the shower, road construction.

Air conditioner not working in breakfast room. Bathroom and floors not clean in room. No one offered to correct when reported.

I had a quick, super friendly experience with a Lovely lady at Check-In, and while I was there I witnessed her take phone calls and she has a gift at customer service. The next day I had Kelly and the breakfast guy help me print and they were fab!

Room was 80 degrees with AC ON full blast. Took two pictures of crawling bugs. Telling myself they weren¿t roaches. Bathroom mirror had not been cleaned. Hotel was sold out so not much I could do, and staff made up for my disappointments.

The staff was very good we had an issue but it was resolved. Very fast and professional group. Will definitely stay there again.

Front desk personnel gave our room to someone else. She made us wait while she figures out who it was given. Staff didn't issue an apology and further proceed like this is common problem at this location. Disappointed.

The front desk staff were exceptional. It is a reasonable drive from the hotel to the beach.

Several things. The room was humid and had mold. The pool was milky. Breakfast was sporadically stocked.
