The room had mold on the ceiling the room had a bad smell. Air conditioner did not work well

It wasn't very clean, room had a weird smell to it. No microwave or mini refrigerator available. Definently won't be staying there again.

It was dirty....poorly designed and maintained....it was an awful experience. I was injured by the vinyl flooring that was uneven and sticking up that sliced a gash in my foot.....There is also black mold covering the ceiling....Room 130. We have pictures

It was dirty and stunk! My kids were very uncomfortable there!

I really didn't like the room is not like the pictures look like on online

One there was water in the room when u open the door and the tub was the high from the floor for my kids to get in it

Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of smoke.I have asthma luckily I had my nebulizer to help me breathe.Extended cable was only 3 staticy channels.There was no phone in room to call front desk,so i called from my cell. Attendant hung up on me

I honestly couldn't say there was anything I liked about the hotel

Just about everything about the hotel was very disappointing. The towels had big black stains on them as if they were used for washing cars, the walls had holes from where they tore out appliances and didn't patch up. I killed 5 roaches and more got away.

Location was good but room was not clean. We took pictures of bed bugs. Sorry but we will not be back .

The shower did not work. The bed was hard. The sheets are super thin.

Bad attempt at remodeling. Only one light worked in room. Air conditioner was falling out so you could see outside of room. Front desk refused extra towels. Woke up to a pool of water that leaked from air conditioner.

I will NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN! This freaking hotel was disgusting it had bed bugs on the bed we took pictures. The whole place was a mess bc of renovation. At that the manager did not believe me about the bed bugs, so he asked me to leave the property

1. The room had expose electrical wires 2. Room needs to be paint. 3.the toilet leaked water on your feet every time I flush it

First room had dirty sheets when I tried to go to bed. Second room had bedbugs. When I asked for extra towels to clean off the nasty feeling of bed bugs the motel front desk staff complained and asked a rude question and said I should check out. Wow!!!

Holes in walls, wallpaper coming off with black mold behind it. Air conditioner not working.

Three lights didn't work in the room. The bathroom light didn't have a cover and took a few minutes to come completely on. There was only one plug, and it was on the sink. The sheets had holes in them. The pool was green.

I liked nothing about this hotel. It was disgusting. In fact we didn't actually stay we got a full refund and went to a nearby hotel.

The rooms (yes multiple because I wanted a new room after the first one had a broken shelf, shower curtain rod and lock) were dirty, tables falling apart, bugs on the wall. I called corporate and complained.

The hotel was one of the dirtiest I've ever been in I went there because it was pet friendly. The next day we let our dog roam around and he pulled a bone out from underneath the bed so I know that they are not properly cleaned.

Everything about it. I'm also a double amputee which makes me disable and they have no handicap accessible rooms

It was close to the Downtown Galveston

They lied on the website about what they had to offer. I booked a deluxe double and I got a double. The front desk clerk was really rude and the pool was filthy.

Yea its disgusting and when i ask to change rooms 4 times they said they were overbooked and i was lucky to get a room regardless of the fact i was booked months in advance!

There was no wifi at this hotel once you walked out of the lobby. Told staff about it 3 times yo no avail. Staff treated you like they didn't care for your concerns. Only thing wrong with room was broken bathroom doorknob.
