Clean and safe

They upcharged me $20 upon arrival. No butter for the toast and waffles!

The staff are friendly. Housekeeping is quiet when going in out of others. Aka no slamming doors waking me up.

The breakfast could use a little verity.

Breakfast (ugh!)... Not good! Rust on fridge,shower wasn't cleaned

the owner gave me a 10 minute lecture on vaping in the room the keys constantly need to be reset and they had the nerve to keep saying it was because we had put it next to the phone

Big room, big bathroom, large mini-fridge w/sep freezer, indoor pool, decent breakfast, on-site security, fast internet, great location with oodles of restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

Was close to work

Frog was very loud when off walls are paper thin

We stayed for one night we left at 9:30 am by 10:30 I noticed I left my sandals I called back and they told me they cleaned the room and the maid left for the day but my sandals were gone. I won’t stay again somewhere where they steal from guests.

The location

The elevator was out and it was only second and third floor rooms available. They didn’t inform me of that when I called or I wouldn’t have book.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the one lady that checked us in and unfortunately I did not get her name

Pretty much everything the electrical outlets that was dirty that was bugs the pool all the numbers were ripped off the hot tub was broke down the elevator was broke no discount for any of this I had to switch rooms twice I would never stay here again

Nothing At All

First The Elevator Didn't work and had been out for weeks, Staff in front when checking in stated that had been waiting for someone to come fix it, I have bad knees and going up and down the stairs was hard, the room smelled like the carpet had been wet.

A few Plug sockets were loose - needs replaced

It is a clean, reasonably priced place to stay. We were picking up cruisers from their trip and hotels in Galveston were much higher.

The staff was friendly. They were very helpful in any questions that you had. The rooms were clean. They were freshly remodeled, and the beds were very comfortable.

Location, price

Bed covers were too light with no extra in room. Breakfast lacked protein.

Handicapped

The elevator is in very poor condition. It is creaky and groans and smells terrible. Since this is the only elevator in the hotel, there is a very long wait whenever anyone else is using it. It is very unpleasant.

Close to where event was and to highway access.

Bedding was thin as I had to put my coat on bed for additional cover. My daughter say roachs were in her room. Pool was not heated as said. Not a lot of options for breakfast.

The staff was helpful and hardwirking

Our room smelled musty. We think this was because it was right above the indoor pool

The beds and pillows were so comfy!!

The carpets looked clean but were in dire need of a good shampoo. Our feet and baby's hands/knees were black.
