For one they had a coffee machine but no cups why was it even there? Also the counters in the room were sticky not even washed.

Water pipe leak and reservations were canceled with NO warning. We arrived and had to scramble to find other accommodations.

I liked the location with it being close to Galveston but that was about all

The bathrooms smelled strongly of mildew. We came as a group and had multiple rooms. One bathroom the shower head didn’t even attach to the wall so you had to hold it the whole time. The other room the key lock didn’t even work you could walk right into the room just by turning the door handle, that’s a huge security issue and the desk staff didn’t seem to see the problem and argued with us about getting a new room. The refrigerators were placed in weird places in the middle of walkways. They charged me for a cancelled room and told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Nothing! They were completely worthless.

They sold our rooms out from under us that we had booked 2 months in advance and would not help us in any way. They wouldn’t even let our kids borrow the restroom!

LED mirrors in the room is very impressive, staff friendly, quiet place

fast check in, very friendly staff, location was very close to Galveston cruise terminal, will come here again! :)

AMAZING! The LED mirrors they have in the room are absolutely breathtaking, also I almost had booked at the other Studio 6, thank god I did not, the amount of time it takes to go to the other studio 6? you would already be in Galveston, this location is amazing, lovely staff, and close to the interstate I-45 which makes it super easy to go to Galveston.

They did at least try.

First, I had no remote in the room. Then when they did give me a replacement it never worked.Second, the shower had long hairs in it.Third, I paid for 2 nights, after the funeral was over the second day. None of our room Keys worked for the whole group. We were told the keys only work for 24 hours.Fourth, There was trash and debris between the mattress and the headboards.We were in town for a funeral. The room situation was very stressful for my family

Horrible experience

My room was cancelled and I did not cancel it. I even called confirmed my reservation that morning .

Nothing it was terrible

Dirty and they cancelled our 3 rooms and then charged us $100 more per room saying someone cancelled our reservation. I watched them do this to every customer that came in after us. Total scam!!!!!

They swapped me to an upgraded room for no additional charge due to me being apart of the my6 program

I missed breakfast the location was on point and the rooms looked nice initially.

the room flooded the lady refused to give us additional towels. We checked in and stated that we had a pet and wanted to pay the pet deposit. The gentleman that checked us in said it was included. I had the dog with me. I go to get extra towels and the manager lady was rude and then told me i wasnt welcome because my dog had an accident that I asked her for materials to clean up. I said ok and asked her to open my room so I can get my belongings to leave. She refused until I had to call the police and have them come up there to make her open the room. My girlfriend tried to talk to her to ask for the materials to clean up after the dog she claimed we didnt pay a pet deposit but we couldnt stay and then was rude my girlfriend and me. THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED!!!!!!! this lady must be stopped. Ill never go there again.

Our reservation was not on their computer! The hotel clerk was infuriating. Would not call you or give us a number to call. Finally did look up a number. Your office said someone would be with us in less than 10 minutes. We were on hold for over 20 minutes. Called back and same thing happened. The clerk refused to honor the copy of my reservation and said I could have a room but it would be nearly $30 more. The room was awful. I want a refund.

Never again

Unprofessional staff , dirty hotel , one of the staff hung up in my face when I told them I paid for a room and there wasn’t a parking space available and when I found one I said thank you I found one she just hung up . The bathroom was dirty and stains in the tub and bugs and also crumbs on the floor , we had to shower with our flip flops on and couldn’t walk around barefoot .

Evening staff talkative and customer friendly

I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. To me, the room seemed to have a faint order of cigarettes.

Velocity auto care was fixing our car and this was close by…very convenient. Clean and bright we stayed three nights.

No breakfast…poor coffee…kinda out of the way if you want to eat out.

i was charged for a double bed room , only to be placed in a single bed room . My stay went from being 270 to 398 in order to check in at 5am. The day of check out i was woken up to be asked if i was checking out then a hour before checkout house keeping came & stood there til i left .

I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast. They had a variety of options but the taste was bland. The staff was amazing, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is nice in design and was clean and spacious. However, the decor and color scheme made it feel very cold and dark. Everything was gray and the floors were wooden (nice floors) but cold to walk on especially after showering. I’m general, it was a nice stay.

There’s not anything that I didn’t like that needs mentioning. As stated above, the color scheme is dark and depressing but the hotel is nice. Well, they could have put more decor (pictures) in the rooms. It felt like an XL jail cell with the color scheme and lack of personality but it was okay. The breakfast was bland. My family and I ended up going to IHOP.
