The pool was cloudy, dirt in the corners. It stunk. Air freshener everywhere to hide smell. Staff was very unfriendly. Only allow 2 towels per room.

The weak floors in the hallway walking on 3rd floor!!’ The black mold or something on the wall, the key wouldn’t work after going down 5 times getting it fixed

Our key card didn’t work to our room. We moved into another room and the key card didn’t work there either. The staff person had rocket usu to our room. The room smelled like sewage.

The first room we were in was horrible. It had a musty smell, so I turned on the ac and lifted the blinds to help the smell. We came back 4 hours later and it smelt worse, I went down to the front to switch rooms which they did and the second room was way

It had a pool although had someone’s weave in pieces floating all around the pool

Our room was filthy and stunk of dog pee. We kept spraying perfume and cologne to mask the smell. Was highly upsetting at the room condition. Dried food on the wall, dried food/drink on the chair. Kept shoes on in room because the carpet felt nasty.

Room and bed were comfortable. Hotel was clean. Overall, it was a great hotel.

The smell. Immediately when you walked in the lobby and into the room, there was a distinct odor. It was very strong. Not a pleasant smell at all.

Proximity to our travel, right on the Highway, and close to gas stations/restaurants.

Coffee pot in the room was cheaply made and the coffee pod did not stay in the holder - cheap, cheap, cheap.

i had called several times regarding my reservation and some questions i had but the times i called they did not answer the phone.

It was clean a little toiletries were nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was cool. The pool was inside and clean. The staff was great and the food was pretty good, better than expected.

Room smelled musty/dank. Many other guests said the same thing. Shower had 1 soap dish and no dispensers.NO ice bucket.Fridge/MW/coffee pot hard to find behind open bathroom door..Breakfast OK but not great. Expect better from LQ

Nothing. When we first arrived, they put us in a room that smelled like pee. the odor was so strong, we smelled it as soon as we walked in. We received another room, which had no towels in there. We lost our money for the second night.

Also, there were crumbs on the floor and the sheets were filthy. We originally booked 2 nights but didn't stay the second night due to not sleeping well the night before. This was a disgrace and I never want to step a foot in that hotel again.

That it was kid and pet friendly and it had hot breakfast available

No Tissue paper for inthe bathroom they didn¿t clean room at all stayed two days had to ask for towels and had to take out own trash the hotel service was horrible and one of the three rooms did not have cable tv they was supposed to fix it and never did

It is clean and reasonable! I have stayed here numerous times and I have 2 more times booked.

Getting to this location is horrible...I get lost each time and been there a lot.

The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night waking us up. The floor was sticky, breakfast could be better.

Room smelt funny and my card was charged $67 after night one and $71 after night two¿ when I called to see why, the staff couldn¿t tell me why. Charges were disputed¿ still annoying though.

It was a beautiful hotel . Comfortable beds

Terribly rude staff. No fresh towels available . No one working it was horrible traveling with a handicapped senior adult and my grandson for a funeral

There was nothing that I like about this hotel. We have never experienced anything like we did. The bathroom was dirty was the first thing. Second we had one towel for two people for two days. One bottle of shampoo and soap. Asked 7 times for towels

Everything!!! The staff was short with answers. I will do my best not to recommend this hotel to anyone.
