The room itself was clean and didn’t have bed bugs. The cost of ---$ night seemed reasonable but was a lot more than that walk in cost of ---$ night. I would not have selected it if I’d known they offered rooms for ----$ night that isn’t what I wanted

The pics advertised this hotel as a regular hotel with two queens no mention of the fact is a long stay hotel w a single bed with a stovetop and fridge and not at all what I was looking for

Its not clean and loud noise which is not suitable for us. Room service is not good.

The bed was comfortable. It was close to food and gas stations.

There was a roach the first night. I was locked out of my room for 3 hours after work. Had to sleep in my car. There¿s no 24-hr front desk assistance. The after hours number to call for assistance does not work.

Nothing no gym no pool and no amenities on the property really. It¿s cheap I understand but you need to lock your doors at night please, and there was a cop when we arrived

It is really smelly and I think there is mold on the carpet it¿s gross and sticky. The bed is rickety so if you toss and turn it can get loud and be careful sharing beds it almost collapsed.

It was quiet

I was supposed to get two beds only got one, and the AC didn't stay on long enough to cool the room it kept cutting off

Location

Room smelled strong of smoke,sink had tooth paste in it. Cleaning staff cleane a my room before checkout and removed my items. I came back to shower and check out everything was gone. Lady says she trashed everything even though I had not checked out yet.

I booked a hotel and it was no one there to check me in and I had traveled from out of STATE. No one there to give me a key and my card was charged! Very upset. Natalie Lee 346-349-7514

I like the fact there was snack machines & laundry room

The bad thing is the heavy construction on the road right in front of the hotel

Roaches and bedbugs everywhere. Within 5 minutes Of walking into the room we counted 7 roaches. We immediately left and requested a refund¿ which we have yet to be issued. 0/10 do not stay at this place

Price

I was charged for a second night that I did not plan or want abd was not informed prior to you charging my car. The front desk lady/manager was rude and not catering at all. My room had bugs coming out of the stove.

The staff was very nice. The very clean but still had a smell of cigarettes

The bed was the worst. Full size mattress that made lots of noise when I moved. I could get a good night's sleep.

Although there is construction going on around the hotel it is convenient to interstate and stores.

There wasn¿t an iron/ironing board in the rooms. No coffee pot in room or on the property (so bring your own) Roach greeted us in the bathroom the next morning. If you¿re looking for a value hotel with no amenities, then this is for you-not me.

The ac in the room was not working and was humid in the room. The floor was dirty, felt like it was not swept in awhile. Front desk employee was very friendly and tried to help as much as he could but since it was a holiday weekend no rooms available

The price and cleanliness of the room. Staff were nice and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Loved the full size fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Weekly rates were a plus.

No coffee pot. No toaster. No soap or shampoo. Had to pay for fresh towels. There for a week. One set not enough.

It was centrally located for my needs

Overcharged, laughed at when I questioned the overcharge. Had to be moved from original room for non working appliances, only to be moved to a room with roaches. Very nasty.

The front desk lady was very helpful when we had to call an ambulance. We did not know this was an extended stay hotel so were surprised when we had a full size refrigerator in the room.

The only thing we didn't like was there was no hand towels available and we only had 1 small slab of soap in the room so we had to ask for more. Also we had to call 911 due to a medical emergency and had a hard time getting through. There was no coffee.
