Comfort Inn I-20 Midland Stanton

Clean hotel, friendly staff, great rooms comfortable bed & hot breakfast w/ variety to choose. Was in west Texas for work stayed what seemed a couple a days to weeks but this hotel made me feel comfortable.

Downside is when planning on extending your stay you need to let front desk know everyday in the morning that your room needs to be cleaned everyday because they won¿t only every few days. You wont get clean sheets,room cleaned, etc.

It was clean

The staff charged us when we had already prepaid. Said she had no record of us prepaying. The bed was hard as a brick. The room did not get cold - we had air-conditioning on and the room was 75. breakfast was a joke - no juice or even water available.

The room

Elevator safety measures. We were trapped 10 minutes in the elevator, ring bell button sounded but nobody go. Press phone icon, it works but nobody answer.

Good staff, good breakfast, room was clean and plenty of towels and toiletries.

AC was loud and leaked water onto the carpet. No ice machines in the entire building worked.

Very clean and well taken care of. Great hotel.

Room was stuffy and the air conditioner didn¿t help. No trash cans anywhere inside of hotel.

The breakfast and the location were good.

Our room wasn¿t well cleaned. The bathroom had hair everywhere and the toilet wasn¿t cleaned. The pool had so much chlorine that it irritated our eyes to the point we couldn¿t swim. The bottom of the pool was filthy.

Breakfast is not included. Sack with fruit and health bar is what they give. No coffee or juice

My room wasnt fully cleaned, I had no towels and found old packages of food and old coffee filters

Easy to find

My hotel door did not lock And it was about 3am so i had to barricade the door closed because was not switched to another room. I checked out immediately the next day and im still waiting on my refund.

The staff was very prompt & professional. My room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

The staff was super friendly beds were cozy and breakfast was awesome!!

I liked it had a fridge and that they allowed pets.

I did not like the person who check us in. Very unfriendly. I was going through something and a little bit of niceness would have been greatly appreciated.

Great halfway point between our home in Austin and destination in New Mexico. We were able to get some rest, enjoy breakfast, and be on our way.

The pool was fun for my 6 year old, but could use some maintenance.

Staff was very excelent. Lots of space in the Room. Breakfast was so, so. Saturday, breakfast was very good. Sunday, Eggs were burned, bacon wasn't cooked very well. Waffles were excelent.
