Beautiful decor, outside patio areas and fitness center!

The coffee was a little flavorless.

The pool is large for a hotel of this type and is immaculate. They also provide small towels. Note that my rating on overall cleanliness is not a reflection on the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff does a great job with the rooms and breakfast.

Luggage carts are filthy, carpet in the hall looks dingy, doors to the various rooms are scuffed, AC in hall is not working. In my room, 301, two large patches in the drywall, poorly done. The AC in the room is on, but the room feels very humid.

Large lounge area, staff, walk-in shower on the 1st floor, partial wall for the toilet area.

Room size on 1st floor for king size bed was small but love the walk-in shower, partial wall for the toilet nice touch.

Friendly staff.

The free "food" is inedible. Unable to tell how old this freeze dried, lowest of low quality "food" is - will not consume "food" that is of the lowest quality known to humankind.

Our hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous.

Staff were wonderful.The room was a good size and clean. I especially enjoyed having a chaise lounge.

No hot water in shower or sink. Lids for coffee cups were dirty. All had dried coffee underneath. Got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. All buttons ceased functioning.

Location was great for our needs. Close to stores and restaurants and not as crowded as other areas closer into San Antonio. Hotel employee that works in the breakfast area was very attentive and helpful.

This was our second or third stay at this Hampton Inn. It seems to be less clean and organized now than before.

Complimentary breakfast was sub par a few of the mornings--no fruit, no danish, no milk or yogurt in the refrigeration unit. Eggs, potato and meat selections were not fresh. Staff didn't seem friendly.

Quiet and clean...and they did NOT knock on your door three times on checkout day. They left you alone to rest up and check out without harrassment.

It was where I needed to be. The breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked. It's just another roadside hotel. Nothing at all special. If you are stuck in Bulverde, this is a good as it gets.

The night clerk who checked me in clearly didn't want to be there. The clerk who checked me out laughed off my reply to "Was everything OK?" I mentioned a suggestion about the supplies on the breakfast buffet. Her response was...dismissive.

The staff was amazing!! They were always cheerful, happy and eager to assist in anyway possible. They went above and beyond.

We were there two nights with a large wedding party. Unfortunately, the pool was closed until 4pm the night of the wedding (which started at 6). Everyone left early the next morning. Lack of pool access would be our only disappointment.

This hotel is located near a Walmart and an H-E-B which we found convenient.

There was razor hair in the shower as we arrived, the bathroom lights would flicker, and no quarters were available for their ¿quarter only¿ washing and drying machine on the second floor.

location was good. Room setup was awkward. The bed was facing the window with the TV on the right side of the bed. Staff was nice.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We stayed in a King room. The room has the best layout I have ever seen and feels very spacious. None of that cramped, claustrophobic feeling. Many other positives, not enough space to list.

Negatives are very few. The entrance to the hotel is not well marked and is not obvious, so is easy to miss. Also, we had a problem with the AC. The staff resolved the problem quickly by moving us to another room. The AC in that room worked flawlessly.

Stayed here while going to rodeo , nice hotel and friendly staff .

Every member of the staff that I met was genuinely welcoming. The room was properly cleaned and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was kept supplied and clean. Overall and excellent experience.

The desk chair in the room looked good in the design presentation at corporate, but really does not function as a comfortable seat at the desk. The barn door for the toilet also seemed like a good idea--but isn't.

Most of the hotel staff are friendly. Hotel employee was very helpful and accommodating.

There was a late night profanity laced screaming fight in the hallway on my floor. It lasted about a half hour. NO ONE on my floor got rest that night. I'm not sure that the hotel has a security staff during the evening hours.
