Very friendly staff and the location was excellent

The mattress was a little lumpy, but it was OK

It was in a great location. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms were a nice size for my autistic son to have space to play

I had to change rooms due to the sofa bed being old and dirty but we the second room was great.

Broken tile in bathroom floor, curtains wouldn't close, lock didn't work, first guy that went to check said he would replace the batteries, but didn't, it took a second lady to go and finally change the batteries, should have been corrected the first time

Breakfast. No milk??we are out!? No yogurt-?We are out!? Eggs were like rocks. Ran out of sweet rolls. Also no water pressure in bathroom sink.

Breakfast on weekends doesn¿t open until 7:00 and we were staying there for a softball tournament where we had to be gone before 7:00.

The management has failed to educate the employees and make them understand they are in the people business. Management does not supervise the daily operation. One morning no milk. Next morning, milk, but no bowls. The hotel is nice, but........

It was close to where I needed to be. It had all the features I needed and had the amenities that I needed.

The front desk gal at check in wasn't very warm but the rest of the staff was. I did have a do not disturb sign on my door but the maid did knock about an hour before checking out.

I was assigned a dirty room. Poorly managed and I felt like I overpaid based on experienc. Desk person was nice but it was an unpleasant experience to walk into a dirty room. After we were given a ¿clean¿ room the covers seem dirty and not a single towe

They provided great breakfast and all of the staff was amazing and helpful. Whenever I called for something they were there in minutes. Love it!!! May return someday if I travel to Texas again. My family enjoyed it there.

The location was nice.

The elevator broke and we had to climb 2 and 3 flights of stairs and my other is handicap/disabled. There were no clean towels 2 days/nights in a row, I had to wait until after midnight to get towels & the bedding was mildewed!!! I will never stay here!!

The gravy at breakfast was amazing!

I stayed for 6 nights and nobody cleaned or changed my bed linen despite requesting a day earlier!!

The staff is amazing! I¿ve witnessed situations and the manager / assistant manager have handled situations with class ¿.everyone was satisfied

The only complaint I have, which is probably the owner¿s or corporates responsibility, is the water pressure in the bathroom sink. It is a very slow trickle - when the hotel had more guests, it was closer to a drip.

It was close to my relatives and a good last-minute deal.

The house cleaning was suspect. I did not have any towels. The bed look disheveled like someone that slept in it. I¿m told they are training housekeepers but it was unsettling

This hotel is located in perfect area so we didn¿t have to travel far.

There was a funny smell coming from the air conditioning. Not unbearable though.

I liked the location. The staff was very nice. And the room was very spacious. Wr enjoyed the pool too.

Just for me, the bed was a little too firm.

Decent hotel.

Terrible neighborhood. My vehicle got broken into. They stole all my work gear and did so without being caught on camera. Was it a random break in or was it planned based on the camera angle?
