Nothing rude in disgusting

Didn't like how rude the guy was he was low key racist in hotel was roach invested. ....

Bed was clean

Filthy bathroom. Noisy. Staff took way too long to check us in. Like 30 minutes.

The Starbucks next door

I hated everything about this hotel paid for 4 nights only stayed 2 had to get another room Bugs, roaches, used towels with lipstick, unclean sheets, no cable

Roach fell from the ceiling to floor on me and I never stayed in the place and was still charged. I had booked with another hotel immediately.

Everything was trashy

Well it great and I enjoyed my room and they put me next to my Mom's room

They need to start serving breakfast it boost there buisness like waffle basic stuff like that coffee pots with coffee that's the only thing I didn't like

The front desk clerk was very kind,friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds are King size.

There is nothing to complain about.

Air conditioning

No free breakfast although a big sign out front stated they offered free breakfast. Receptionist wouldn¿t allow me to leave my bag in lobby before registering me at 3 pm. I had to wait outside in over 100 degree heat. I would never return here.

I couldn¿t get into the office area. Everything is locked up except a window. No breakfast as advertised. No coffee in the room or lobby. No ice,

I like that it's across the road from a Walmart, Ross, and Kohls

The people working at the front desk were never friendly. they never smile. i felt like i was putting them out by being there

Animal friendliness

Fools and room were filthy floors never mopped and trash still in the room

The room was fairly clean and it was pretty quiet.

The lady in the front was extremely rude! Planned to stay for 3 days. After 2 days I was told I had to move because I wasn't in a pet friendly room. She then inspected the room & claimed my dogs caused stains to the bedding & I'd have to pay $50

Pet friendly.

The door was broken and had to be slammed to closed. One of the days the housekeeping did not get door closed after cleaning. Also very loud in the room.

Location to my final destination

MATTRESS WAS DIRTY, MICROWAVE WAS DIRTY. BATHROOM WALLS WERE NOT CLEAN, AND VERY NASTY.

The TV didn't work. I had to have them come fix it, the toilet made noise Everytime someone from another room flushed there's. There was a broke down wrecked car outside my room.the floor was dirty. Everytime I got in the shower I left black foot print s

It was super clean

Yeah the fact it said in big bold letter breakfast included and nothing due to covid if ur going to have a sign advertising breakfast at least put together a grab and go due to covid

It was a non smoking room, and I was just happy that it really didn¿t smell like cigarettes.

Tv didn¿t work AC didn¿t want to be on anything but 61 degrees I called the office and the guy came to the room and acted like I was stupid. Told me that it wasn¿t getting colder cuz it was on heat, that I didn¿t know how to use the ac unit.

Liked the way the room was set up. But that was all.

My boyfriend and I found lice on 2 of the towels that hadn't been used yet! So we then had to spend a lot of money to get treatment for lice!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

it was pretty basic nothing special housekeeping act like that they didn't hear you when you asked them for things but otherwise it was great

There was no iron dogs barking next door no clock that work and the housekeeping kind of sucked

The mattress is very comfortable ,the bathroom is spacious , they don’t extra charge for pets and kids

I make my reservation whit a lot of time and I order smoke free room at the first time I get in the room was completely stinky I’m not sure if was cigarettes or something else I have to go and buy fragrance to kill the smells

It was Clean

Too much freeway noise . Single pane windows and gaps under door you could slide pizza through.
