Room layout and furnishings.

General appearance looks run down. Entry and check-in area looks old. Breakfast was ok but on Sunday morning there was no hot food and we had to wait about 15 minutes for food to be re-stocked.

Didn't smell. Very quiet.

When I booked I was under the impression that I would have a fireplace in my room. I may have booked wrong.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable.

Only one key was available upon check in.

The front desk staff were very kind and sweet.

They did not tell me that they don¿t clean the rooms everyday. Also, there was crumbs and teeth pickers in the corner of the room and all in the sofa bed couch. The pool area was disgusting. No new towels to use but used ones laying around for days.

Check in 4pm room not ready came back at 10p room not available because of leak. They they book me at a sister hotel next door because rooms are all booked. I have a dog and sister hotel not pet friendly. I had to go back to 1st hotel to complain.

They could have called me to inform me of the leak and the need to relocate to another hotel so that it would not have been as frustrating hearing of it when I walk in to check in.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Great location with a decent gym for working out.

Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. I have stayed here multiple times over the last couple of months, and this has not improved. Also, the toilet in my room kept backing up, and the maintenance person tried to tell me that I had done something wrong.

Location was nice and safe surrounded by a lot of shopping stores including the woodlands mall. The staff was nice especially the 2nd shift front desk was real nice and helpful. Room was nice just just had someone hair in certain places but nothing to com

Hotel employee was great and took care of all our needs.

The hotel was great, however the room I booked was said to be two king beds. It turned out to be one queen and one full. Paid a higher rate for this hotel to get the two king beds so i was disappointed that I did not get what I paid for.

Dated, low ceiling, not enough room

Clean, quiet, located near a nice shopping center with several restaurant options. Went to a concert at the Cynthia Woods Pavillion and were able to drive to and from with minimal traffic.

the hotel only had one waffle maker. So a lot of people had to wait to make waffles.

The staff was great. Location was perfect for our plans. The area does need a sidewalk along the side street.

Hotel was very crowded. So much so that they ran out of towels at the pool. Would've been nice if it wasn't so busy.
