That I entered my card information but I wasn¿t charge until I got the hotel they asked for my card to charge it.

Consistency best describes this little gem of a motel/hotel. Always clean and far superior to other 2 star hotels. Friendly staff well conditioned rooms. Been there a dozen times the past few months and they never disappoint.

Very clean rooms with bright cheery decor, the staff was very accommodating and courteous. I most definitely recommend this hotel. The locations granted easy access for public transit and very close to restaurants and accessible to shopping.

the price was right. the room had issues, & the staff addressed & corrected the problem

The hotel was exceptionally clean and an overall great room for the price. Room had cable tv with all the channels including hbo and Cinemax. Ac worked perfectly.

No. Nothing at all. Room was exactly as advertised.

The staff made you feel welcomed and once in your room they called to check and make sure you were satisfied with your room. This was a first time and made me felt welcomed.

The breakfast bar needs some consideration. Waffles, toast, cereal, donuts and yogurt. Makes it hard when your diabetic on these choices. Fresh fruit, oatmeal should be considered.

Friendly staff, clean modern quiet room, good price, good breakfast.

Very clean, modern, convenient to interstate 45, friendly staff, good breakfast, great satellite TV comfy beds.Overall highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

How well the hotel is kept. Very quiet. Excellent shape of the room.

Lack of trash space. I know it's a small insignificant issue. Could not come up with any other negative remark.

Do NOT use this hotel!!!! The plugs didn't work, the door handle on the bathroom door kept falling off and we could t get the shower to turn on. Do NOT waste your money! If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would.

Brand new room was very nice.

Brand new everything but wifi was NON-EXISTENT so DON'T stay here unless you have data plan on phone. Staff unsure/unwilling to help fix situation as they barely spoke english.

It was a hotel room.

There was no place to park. There was a rotten smell coming out of the A/C unit. There was noise due to the freeway.

The staff were nice but they could have cleaned the room more. It had a smoke smell. The neighbors were very noisy.

The best thing about the hotel is when I saw it in my rear view mirror. NEVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The car alarm outside my door going off from 9pm to 1am and the manager not doing anything. Management are not helpful and just plain stupid. The police were called due to the noise. The car was finally moved at 1am and management offered no help at all.

The room was clean and everything was new and modern.

We didn't have a good sleep over there, as there were too many noises due other rooms.

I liked the newness, cleanliness and the decor, the kitchen appliances. I liked the convenient location. I liked the friendly and helpful staff and management. I will choose to stay there again. Good to have internet. I appreciated the rates also.

The one improvement I would like to see would be to have and expanded breakfast menu, to included fruits and eggs. Also I would mention that it took a long time for the water to get hot for showers!
