Courtyard by Marriott Houston City Place

The hotel was in a great location.

My first night was great. The second night I had to be moved because they were going to be doing construction on my floor. Unfortunately they moved me right under the construction, which woke me up at 8:30 am.

The Front Desk Staff were constantly able to respond to requests. The convenience of a near by shopping center with grocery/pharmacy and restaurants is a plus.

The Front Desk Staff were consistently available and capable to handle all requests. There is a very nice shopping center near with grocery and restaurants.

Wi-Fi and television were out for 2 days. Had to work from my car.

very clean like new and in a great location just off the interstate but quiet.

we could not get the TV to work.

The bed i slept in was amazing. Pillows were really soft and I slept soundly. My wife said she didn't hear me at all and I usually snore. The room had a nice contemporary look. This Hotel is my new favorite next to the Hilton Hamptons.

Quiet location, excellent customer service. Daily room cleaning is not happening currently due to COVID, however I was readily provided additional towels and coffee upon request. Would definitely stay here again, and have already stayed here multiple time

Not enough parking spaces.

Modern, quiet and the customer service is excellent. The hotel housekeeping staff is seriously terrible. They are NOT properly trained in the cleaning expectations in this industry period. At this rate it¿ll be run down within a year. InspectRoom 202 yuk!

Cleanliness! The hkeeping staff needs adequate training for the service industry. The shower floor, desk top and ice bucket were dirty. The sofa had dog hair. No shower gel in the dispenser and there was some sort of yucky stain on the floor. Room 202

It is apparent that housekeeping does not clean thoroughly. The second room I stayed in had hair and remnants of trash from the previous occupant in the bathroom. I was upset upon discovering it the morning I was to checkout.

This hotel was clean, new, and efficient!

There was nothing about this hotel.

The decor and close proximity to the highway.

There was a massive amount of dog hair all over the couch. And the bedding was left on the couch bed. Therefore I¿m led to believe the couch was not cleaned, vacuumed or sanitized. That was a huge turnoff.

The room and hotel was spectacular.

There was only one person at check in and it was busy. There was no information provided in the room about eating in the area, room service or anything. It didn't tell about the area or hotel. There was no information given to tell us about breakfast.

Hotel was nice and very clean and the entrance and lobby are had a great aroma to it. Also staff was very nice and polite.

Everything! Location. Safety. Cleanliness. Staff. Comfort. Accommodating. LOVED the loveseat and side table. Bed was very comfortable. Crazy huge walk-in shower!

Was not an issue for me but if you are looking for complimentary breakfast there is none. Only bistro service.

It is a new hotel. The rooms are nice and big. The shower is a wonderful big size that makes it easy to get in and out. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Love the free wi-fi in the hotel room and lobby. Love the location. It is out of the way for some but I like that is not busy and not a lot of noise. Like the room interior design, modern and functional. Like the stream TV. I can watch youtube.

This hotel is new and clean but housekeeping could do a better job of cleaning the rooms. When I walked into my room I saw crumbs. Some of the light fixtures were dusty. And the in room coffee pot was dirty. Just a little more attention to detail.

Very clean and organized. The room layout utilized the space well.

The exit to get to the hotel from 45 was confusing.

The room was incredibly small for what was advertised. The front desk staff would talk to customers for so long but a wild form behind him and everyone was waiting just to get simple tasks completed

Room and location were great.

Only issues were that the elevator was out of order and someone kept sticking a stick in the side exit door in order to keep it so that a key was not required to get in.
