Clean room. Friendly staff

The room ac wasn?t very cold, and it made a noise that kept us up at at night. Room 409.

General cleanliness of the room when we first walked In.

Flooded shower stall, overflowing trash bins with no daily visits from the cleaning staff, bedding appeared not to be fresh when we first tried to use the bed, etc

Location, house keeping staff very nice and helpful

Location is wonderful. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. The hot breakfast was delicious. The service was excellent. Evan at the front desk was a delight! He was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back!

Like that the room was clean and how spacious it was, it allowed us to cook if wanted and the location was awesome for the event we attended and for shopping.

The hotel was clean, with a nice breakfast each morning and the location was great for my purposes.

The location of my room faced the freeway which was noisy at night due to the traffic. I was assigned a handicap room without a bathtub. Though rooms are not cleaned daily due to Covid-19, I felt they could have supplied the room with fresh towels daily.

I didn¿t like there wasn¿t a real breakfast. The main reason I picked this hotel was that they had a great breakfast buffet last time I stayed there. I know with COVID not everything is the same, but I wish this was stated when I booked the hotel.

Room was nice and big. It had high ceilings as well making it feel even more spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I could say slightly negative is the bed/pillows were not very comfortable but that wouldn't be a deal breaker because the room is still great.

The free hot breakfast and the evening socials. Didnt have to go out for those meals if we didn''t want to. The room was well laid out and the decorations were nice. Whole hotel was kept very clean.

Check in was a little rocky, but I think that she was new.

Clean, comfortable and very quiet hotel. Even though it is located close to the highway you cannot hear the highway noise! Very good deal for such a nice hotel.

the hotel staff was very friendly and checked us in really quickly, which was great because we had been traveling for hours and tired. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was really comfy and everything else in the room was great. Good breakfast!

This place was fantastic. Literally, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in quite some time. The staff is friendly, the place is spotless (they are the type of place that lifts beds off the floor to vacuum), the breakfast is good as well.

There is nothing negative I could say about this hotel. If I had to make a comment to other people it would be that it is very convenient to everything, but the location is a little weird to get to.

This hotel was very, very nice. Friendly staff, beautiful decor,clean room and a great breakfast. Attention to every detail. We didn't want to leave.
