Holiday Inn Express & Suites Spring - Woodlands Area by IHG

This hotel is impeccable and the whole vibe is relaxing.Serving breakfast from 7am to 10 am makes so much sense. My autistic grandson doesn't like to rush and this just made our morning more manageable. The staff was awesome!

No negatives

Location for travel purpose, great coffee and friendly staff. My room was very clean and parking lot was well lit. Food store and establishments across street. The breakfast was sufficient with choices even for the pickiest of eaters.

Other than semi-sketchy area near hotel and awful art on wall outside elevators ,I would stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was rude and short. We didn't mean to interrupt her conversation on the phone in her parked car in front of the hotel. We checked in about 12a.

Staff were very nice.

Odor in hotel hall and refrigerator in room was dirty and had an open can of alcohol.

The breakfast was the best ever. Also, the staff were so friendly and helpful. I met and spoke with hotel employees while staying there. They were like talking to family. They were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and nice.

When other people took showers, I believe it was their water I heard inside the walls. That was interesting.

My truck was broken into twice in a span of 4 nights.

Walls werent thin and we were able to rest. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

The fact that they charged my card an additional fee and hasnt returned it yet which caused my bank account to go into the negative. I did not give my permission for my card to be charged again after the $22 charge.

Once again, I am pleased with my stay at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, well lit in the parking lots. Doesn't appear to be any unwelcome activity. Breakfast was acceptable.

Wish bacon was on rotation.

I loved the comfort & cleanliness of the room. The aesthetic of the lobby, dining area & room was very nice. Staff was great & accommodating in letting me extend my checkout. Breakfast tasted great!

The room was very quiet (I didn't hear anyone talking in other rooms or hallways), which I greatly appreciated. However when people were going in & out at late hours, the noise of their doors slamming shut woke me up multiple times (I went to bed at 10pm)

The location is convenient. The hotel is clean every time I stay here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is quiet, not a lot of in and out traffic like some hotels closer to I45.

Everything was great.

 the lady in the front was super nice and helpful. For the days that we stayed each day she was very welcoming. Also, this is the only Holiday inn that we like and is super clean and no problems with the rooms.

Staff were nice and professional. I have stayed at this hotel two times in the last two weeks. I have always been given a clean room. The hot breakfast is great! Many options for a great start to my day.
