Elevator broken for our entire stay. Was told upon arrival that we could either walk up stairs to second floor or find different hotel. Front desk loudly announced our room number (women traveling alone). Stairwell and couch in room dirty.

had no water for a few hours one morning. the rooms facing the street are bright as hell thanks to all the lights in the parking lot. get a room on the backside if you can

Location breakfast was good

There was an odor in the room! Had to buy Lysol and febreze to get the odor out the room

Great rooms, - for us good location. In general a nice hotel

The management has obviously not trained the employees about how to treat guests. The breakfast was OK, but not attention about filling up.

The toilet bolts were loose, and it rocked. We were only there for one night, so we didn't have it fixed.

Front desk understaffed. Upon checking out, there was no one at desk for a long period of time; she was apparently responsible for various functions and there was no one to back her up. Toilet in the room is defective and needs repair; won¿t flush

The location was decent and the room size was good.

The cleanliness was poor, we actually had roaches in the room. Some of the the front desk staff were not helpful. We asked one clerk for more coffee and we're told we had to ask the maid. Next day, another clerk opened the drawer and gave us some.

Staff was very accommodating and a great location.

Was suppose to be a hot breakfast. Only thing got is if you heated up the frozen breakfast sandwiches in the microwave. No juices just had small bottles of water.

The queen suite was a nice size

The ac in the room didn¿t work. I called front desk to complain, they told me to unplug. It never came back on.They were booked up so they gave me a desk fan. I killed a live cockroach on the wall. And one in the rr. There were three insects in the tub.

Clean, quiet, Lots shopping in walking distance .

The hotel was great my only problem was there were a group of maybe 8 unmasked guest allowed to hang around inside at the entrance. I couldn¿t enter the hotel without having to walk through this group. I wish the manager could of asked them to move over.

Did not like much except for the room was fairly clean

The hotel staff was either lazy or they couldn’t leave the front desk had to go get my own towels stayed there three days twice they said they didn’t have any clean towels and when they gave me when I finally got clean towels they were dingy

Like new and super clean and very roomy.10 out of 10

Staff was excellent

Freezer needs to be defrosted more frequently. I was unable to use it because of the tremendous ice buildup

A/C worked really well. Outdoor pool.

I felt like I was short on outlets by about 3. The layout was not good for recharging small devices nor a breathing machine. Had to go with a modified outlet spreader. I'm safe knowing voltage/amp uses but same not be !!! ???

Ease of getting in and out and adequate parking. Also, the staff was quite helpful.

Very easy to get to. Room was very clean and smelled wonderful! Front desk clerks were all super helpful..it was a great stay
