The hotel was very dirty the bathroom was extremely dirty there was cacoroches and the floor and sheets were super dirty the smell was super ugly....very disappointed I'm sorry for my honest opinion

Absolutely nothing

This hotel is by far the worst I¿ve ever stayed in. The walls, towels and bed covers had stains on them. Floors were filthy as well and nothing appeared to have been cleaned in forever. Front desk staff is awful and you cannot check in before 4p.m.

The new Renovation is nice. I have stayed here many times.

They nikel and dime the hec out of you, extra person 15, extra car 150, extra hour on check out 25. I know everyone is trying to survive covid but this will probably be the last time I stay here. Didn't feel welcomed. They look at people like dollar signs

Newly remodelled rooms

Needed another pillow but was not given one in a timely manner. Kids got sick and the sheets needed to be changed. They refused new sheets. The place was loud into the evening and early morning. Not a pleasant experience overall.

Very nice setting for a family stay

Definitely the welcoming of it all is very poor in aspect. We were planning on enjoying our outdoors and coming to rest at a very clean bed or love seat. It¿s gross looking very disappointing.

Clean room. Location and Staff. Staff provided us with plenty of towels when we asked. Staff was very polite.

The room is old. There's a little 'kitchenette' with an old stove. Didn't matter because we didn't use it. Other than that, for the price, it wasn't a bad deal.

Nothing was good about this hotel.

Rude staff, room towels were thin swimming pool towels with blue stripes (4 towels only when there was 4guests), shower curtain was torn, check out was at 12pm on reservation email but they said check out by 11am no later, swimming pool was gross. Never Â

Friendly staff, it was clean and all throughout my stay I saw staff cleaning which to me is very important, they had free wifi, free parking, the pool was a good size . Overall a good experience, I definitely would stay here again.

In the description it did say a complimentary breakfast, but we went to go check it out and there was nothing out, we did go around 8am but, I¿m not sure if it was only certain times I didn¿t ask because again I was not certain if they offered any.

Floor in the room was dirty and no shower curtain. No available person at front desk to help after hours.

Room temperature.

Bathroom door had hole and blood on it. Not enough towels and toilet paper and walls were dirty.Ice machine / house phone not working. TV not working properly (or I just didn't know how to work the remote). Outlet plug not working. No sheets on beds.

Bedding clean, room clean, microwave, mini fridge - coffee maker Quiet. Easy parking - location is good, close to many restaurants/bars.

Pool was not heated, hot tub did not work, ice machine did not work, was not informed they did not clean rooms on Wednesdays.

I absolutely hated this hotel! Nothing good about it! Never recommend this hotel

The room was dirty, bed had blood stains, holes in the wall, dead insects everywhere. Pillows were cut open and had stuffing coming out of it. The door frame was messed up as if it had been kicked in.

No lightning on room, only one lamp, too loud at night, smell like old building

The only thing I liked was the location and the ability to bbq in a designated area.

Where do I begin, the front desk clerk was missing for multiple minutes when I tried to check-in. The room assigned to me was still not clean at 16:15, the replacement room was missing towels, had holes in the bathroom door and the a/c fan did not work.

The man checking is in was friendly.

There were holes in wall and bathroom door that were plastered over. Check in was at 4, we arrived at 5:30 and room was still being cleaned. Sheets were stained, stray hairs on our pillows, an overpowering smell of pinesol making us cough
