the Bed was bad in one side, room 127

The hotel was close to everything.

The hotel needs cleaning inside the rooms and hallways. Carpet smells of animal urine. The hotel needs to be updated and renovations are needed. There was a hole in the bathroom that we had. Had to be moved due to plumbing issues.

Nice room, good TV and shower. Breakfast is fine but needs a change of selection from day to day

Nothing the room was wayy too small ,they need to shampoo their carpets in the rooms and make sure all rooms have enough towels they act like they cheap we are not use to cheap the pictures online are misleading

Yes someone kept banging on the wayy all night long i couldnt tell if it was upstairs or room right beside us it was by the bedding area ..also the room didnt have face towels so make sure you bring your own towels,my refrigerator was not getting cold,

Walking distance to the beach

The hotel advertised free wi-fi but it was never available.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean

I did not like the extra fee for an early check in. It was literally 30 minutes before check in time. I feel that if room is already ready why be greedy an try to make extra cash. I just waited outside. Also, breakfast must be eaten in lobby area.

Breakfast was good but could be better. Biscuits and gravy were cold

No elevator, no extra pillows for the sofa sleeper when asked for, hallway carpet and stairs stained and dirty, closet door could only open 1/3 of the way due to bed positioned too close, no hot water at breakfast area, no cream cheese for bagels

That they offered complimentary breakfast.

I did not like the small restroom and and the small parking area. If we wanted to request more towels, we had to give the dirty towels for exchange of new ones.

Clean.

Water was dripping on AC from the AC on second floor and it kept us awake almost all night. It was so irritating.

The bed was super comfy

There was no tv remote. And after asking for one, they explained one would be brought to us. 9 hours later, still no remote nor buttons one the tv to change it. My kids were forced to watch dateline. Terrible. After going down to the front desk 4 times.

The kids loved the breakfast and my room was clean staff was friendly

This hotel has a great location and is recently renovated. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is nice.

There is no ice machine accessible to guests. You must wait for front desk staff to be free and able to take the non insulated ice container from you to their back room and fill it for you.

Very neat and comfortable. Loved the continental breakfast! Will stay here again.

Window did t have locks on it

Very clean, staff was very professional and friendly. Would stay again..quality updated interior.

Room smelled of mold bathtub was stained the room had cockroaches, no microwave refrigerator was on its last leg the up keep of hotel was terrible.

It was filthy. There was a piece of wall missing and no continental breakfast as advertised! Very dissatisfied!!

It seemed pretty quite while we were there. Sheets were clean.

The bedspreads are very old with holes, there was no other blanket to use except the sheets. The fridge was not cold The bathtub was all stained and the ceiling was in disrepair. I paid $--- with tax and I felt that there should have been a nicer room.

Bedsheets and towels were dirty. Bed was hard pillows were small and old, Towels smelled like a mixture of mold and chlorox. I had 9 bites all over my body from something in the bedsheets. Hallways going to the room were damp and the carpet smelled
