It was close to the beach

There was roaches in my room, and it was outdated. Mold and rust in the bath tub.

Location. Friendly staff. in the breakfast area was so fun!

Little to no hot water. Unclean floor, toilet stopped up over & over. Electric circuit went out & bedside lamps & plugs did not work till we called them. Peeling paint everywhere. More fresh fruit & yogurt at breakfast. Cig burn hole in bedspread.

Location. Proximity to beach and other attractions. Very walkable

No idea how this place has 3 stars. Room reeked of bleach, TV barely worked, towels dingy, sofa bed still in plastic with no bedding. Outdated, unhelpful staff.

Worst customer service, dirty, stained sheets, clerk offer 2 sheets to put over the beds/rather then changing the whole bed set. Disgusted unhygienic appearance, even the lobby smelled. Booked a non smoking room-was checked into a smoking room.

Couldn’t get towels sent without taking them myself to the front lobby. Roaches/bugs detected Toilet wasn’t flushing accordingly they made me plunge it. The air conditioner in the room I was in was making loud noises and couldn’t sleep well.

Great location

The pool and pool area was filthy. The staff didn’t enforce quiet time rules. Had several people sitting outside my room drinking and talking loudly at midnight. Complained to the front desk who did nothing. I had to call the police. Loud music at pool.

location right on the beachside, close to shops and restaurants, cleanliness, service, size of the room could sleep six people, downstairs restaurant amazing

breakfast is limited to just waffles, and cereal. The amount of people who eat their breakfast is limited to one waffle per person and the lines are huge from opening to closing. Limited breakfast options. Pool area always crowded not enough space.

Nothing. It was absolutely horrible. Left after 1 night due to how disgusting it is.

The location (not waterfront), the staff (rude as hell), the room (dirty & outdated), the towels & linens (old & worn-out) the infestation of roaches in the room, the filthy unusable pool, or the ringworm that my child got curiosity of this hotel.

the guy in charge of breakfast and music is the main reason I go to the ramada every time I go to the island

It was close to everything.

Room was not clean, ceiling fans were filthy, there was hair on my bedding, towels were only brought 1 day out of our 3 day stay.

All about the Ramada hotel was great love to stay in the future

4 elevators but only 2 were working at the time we were there

Absolutely nothing very disappointed

No maid service - stayed 5 days and never got clean sheets or towels The noise after 10 was obnoxious- people banging on doors- people yelling at each other

Central location, easy accessibility.

Hotel was very dated and in need of updates. The bed was quite squeaky and at one point it sounded like it was falling apart. It did not meet my expectations for a Wyndham or the star rating.

Very friendly and helpful guy that took care of us at breakfast.

Did not like the local people dropping there kids off in parking lot so they can walk to the beach

Cheap low rate hotel.

I checked out a day early and the next day they charger me 520.00 for a TV that I never even used or turned on.

The location is nice. The night staff is as kind as they can be, too.

My room had roaches climbing on the walls. I was lucky to be with the check-in staff, so they understood why I immediately left. I?ve been calling daily to await a refund, but am still waiting for the manger to approve it. It?s been 5 days.
