Advertised Continental breakfast. There was none. Room was hot at night.
The price and location.
Breakfast was advertised, but they had no breakfast.
- No Breakfast as advertised- locals tell me there hasn¿t been any in years - no toilet seat - infestation of bugs kept us up all night - demand my money back - attendant incompetent
Door locks with card did not work.Desk clerk had to unlock door every time you left and came back to hotel.Air conditioner was quiet loud. Just 1 small bar of soap. Worn out towels.
Location
Advertisement said continental breakfast included, none was provided. Even sign outside hotel had breakfast provided. No breakfast was provided
When I made the reservation I thought breakfast was included and it wasn¿t. Your web page is misleading. The clerk required me to wear a mask but yet he didn¿t wear one.
Very dirty they don't clean, found hair in the bathroom swept with a towel, Towels have stains on them, good thing I took my own towels, the Ceiling fan was so dirty and dusty I was afraid to turn it on for all the dirt to fly off.
It was nice and clean and friendly, helpful staff.
Reading all the others comments on this hotel, I was skeptical about staying at this hotel. We stopped and looked at the rooms before we decided to stay. I was impressed. The lady behind the desk was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable,
The mirror closet door would not stay closed.
The description before booking was 2 queen beds per room but I got only single queen bed. The breakfast was below average compared to other Best western hotel locations
Rooms equipped with single queen bed and breakfast is below average compared to other Best western hotel locations
Can?t sleep for AC noises
The hotel owner was rude and they had no breakfast in the morning
There was no free breakfast as advertised
Still advertising free breakfast when the Governor of Texas does not allow it yet.
This hotel definitely deserved 4 Stars. It was super clean! I walked barefoot because it was so clean. To say it was superior is an understatement. Cleanliness must be their motto!!
Sidewalks could be cleaner.
Service was great. Nice room.
O
Room was spacious and clean.
Night attendant was a bit rude.
