The entry light switch didn?t work, the bathroom light flickered like there was a loose fluorescent bulb, and the smell. There was a very strong odor of mold/mildew.

The staff was amazing and very helpful especially.

I only stayed for one night, not to sure if they are remodeling but there was a fan in the main entrance which was loud they were maybe drying paint. Once I walked into the room I could immediately smell mold, bed was uncomfortable. I didn’t get that much sleep I could hear everything since I was on the first floor and close to the check in desk. I only seen one security camera ( facing front door ) nothing to the parking lot. I only booked because I seen good reviews but I won’t stay again.

It's a shame, because Maria was AWESOME and I'd hate to think bad about her and this situation....

SOMEONE BILLED SOME KIND OF CABLE THING TO MY CARD, AND TRIED IT AGAIN WHILE I WAS TALKING TO MY BANK AND THEY BLOCKED IT. MY CARD HAS HAD TO BE FROZEN BECAUSE OF THIS. VERY INCONVENIENT!..NOT SURE IF ILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN NOW...

Great staff and the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Maria is an exceptional receptionist that goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Maria deserves a pay raise.

Check in was good until they said I had to pay....which I already paid thru Booking.com with confirmation. My card kept attempting to be charged from the motel. I already paid. I'm not paying again. Booking.com needs to pay the motel.

The motel and staff are great. I liked everything that was offered. Just the payment situation was horrible. I called customer service as well as the motel clerk. Neither one of us able to reach the 24/7.

I'm very upset because I'm a disabled veteran and I booked a handicapped room and they didn't tell me that the handicapped rooms were not available when I booked the rooms. I had a very hard time getting in and out of the shower. I almost fell getting in and out because it's hard to lift my legs over the tub and the tub was so slippery that I almost slipped every time I got in and out of the shower so it was 100% totally dangerous for me to take a shower. I felt very unsafe for my health.

Great value. Hotel was quiet even though it was graduation weekend. Staff was polite and friendly. Great coffee.

Sorry but would not stay here again.

No coffee. No hair dryer. Noisy through adjoining door.

Friendly staff

The mattress was very lumpy and squishy this time. Hair in the bathtub from the previous guest. The microwave was extremely dirty.

Location was good.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow cases, dirty floors, dirty counter top, the bathroom door was very dirty, the shower curtain was very dirty. The air conditioner was very loud.

Front Desk is super friendly. Room stayed cold.

Flat pillows, thin comforter, no iron, closet, shampoo, blow dryer in room.

Our room was extremely cold and our heater wasn’t working properly, the commode the chain was busted and unable to flush (I myself fixed the chain) the beds mattress was extremely thin could feel the board.

Fix the heater and when I told the receptionist in the morning not even an apology was made. Just oh I’ll advise our Maintence.

The room was not clean that was dust all over the TV and the cabinets they did not come and clean the room on Saturday

The room could have been clean and they could have came and clean the room the next day they waited to the day we were checking out I had to go to the front desk to get towels and they never replaced the soap in the room

The staff was nice.

Our room had a rusty leaking fridge and that a towel underneath to collect water. It was soaked and make the room smell. We were able remove the fridge and that helped. Mold is on the wall that the shower is connected too and the inside of the restroom smells due to drain. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to help. Walls are also thin, you can hear people from their rooms.

The card reader wouldn’t work, I had to go to the front desk 3 times since the door reader wouldn’t read the card.

I had a conformation number for a paid room and they charged me again at the hotel then I came back to the desk because my key wouldn't work and she was just a cussing to the manager on the phone about me lol

Lots of noise after 10. Strange sounds coming from rooms. Lights not user friendly
