Homewood Suites San Marcos

Cleanliness and the location.

They never serviced our room, we had to always go to the front desk to towels and take out trash.

2 queen bed with a pullout option. Spacious room

Breakfast was horrible, bed had hair all over it

The changing hot breakfast items and the size of the suite.

The pool did not have any chairs for the first 2 days, the last day they brought some in.

The rooms were clean and check-in/check-out were easy.

The single elevator proved to be a challenge when there were tons of people trying to leave at the same time. It took about 15 minutes to get on the elevator.

I loved the large suite room! Very spacious!

Only 1 chair at the pool. Pool towels too small. Ran out of breakfast on Sunday...

It looked and smelled very clean! Furniture and appliances were like new. Room was very roomy and comfortable. Staff was well dressed, and friendly! Price was reasonable.

close to freeway and also shops and restaurants. This one had the sink within the bathroom and a door to close, much better than New Braunsfeld with the open sink to the bedroom

looked pretty dirty and run down for only 4 -5 year old place. carpets in hallway and walls in room dirty. not very inviting - was much better in new braunsfelds homewood suites.

The beds were not comfortable at all. And don¿t get me started on the pillows. They were so worn out that it did not feel like a pillow anymore. My neck hurt after the 2 night stay there. Could hardly sleep for couple of hours as it was very uncomfortabl.

Always utilize my Hilton honors! When I arrived at this location it certainly missed the great customer service I¿m use to with Hilton! I had to ask for my water ( always free for members) our suite had no glasses to drink from nor a ice bucket!

Pulled back the covers on the bed and there was a cockroach. The cockroach then ran down between the mattress and box spring. Terrible experience.

Beautiful furnishings and amenities (although most weren’t available due to covid precautions).

Check-in team needs work. There was only one working and no managers on-site. Not trained on how to be professional, did not address customer concerns about rooms not being ready without throwing the housekeeping team under the bus.

It appeared to be a newer hotel. The room I was assigned was VERY spacious and VERY clean

So convenient to everything, right off the main road, and the room was so nice!
