Best Western Plus Lackland Hotel & Suites

Close to AFB and was in better location than the few others near by . Was clean had one problem addressed it with staff made them aware. Overall it was good for what I was in town for . Stayed 2 night for my son graduation.

They said they address the problem and over all it was good stay .

The location of the Best Western Lackland hotel was perfect for going to our sister's USAF basic training graduation. The staff was very helpful in providing us maps and instructions for the local events.

The HVAC unit in the room was fairly loud which made it a little difficult to fall asleep.

Friendly staff especially front desk lady was very helpful

Location wasn?t the greatest especially for a best western plus

The hotel is conveniently located to Lackland A.F.B for those who are looking for a place to stay while attending graduation at Lackland. Breakfast is served early on Wednesday and Thursday.

Parking spaces are very small.

The person at the front desk was very warm and helpful.

I?m really disappointed in a number of things. 1) Broken room refrigerator 2) None working ice machines on most of the floors. 3) The person over the cocktail hour had people waiting on her as she sat and talked to coworker at front desk.

The hotel has night time security.

My room had a lot of problems: bugs, dirty sheets, toilet moved, toilet didn't flush right, bathroom door didn't open and close easily the hinges were covered in white powder, the shower can flood the bathroom, carpets are very dirty, building was humid

The bed was comfortable, not too hard, not soft. The breakfast was good, except that the oatmeal was only sugary packets. The hot food was served by staff and was good.

The shower dripped/ran and the grout was black with mold as a result. Asked for more towels and was told they would bring them as soon as they had some and it never happened.

Excellent breakfast and unusual to have a staff member working the serving line usually it is self serve. The staff at the desk were nice and made sure I was assigned a disability access room even when the website said there were none available.

The location was a little hard to get to from the freeway Bed was a little to firm for me but good for my partner

The rooms are always clean and beds are very comfortable. We also love there breakfast. There is always a lot to choose from and very delicious. But I guess what I like the best is the staff. Always friendly and very helpful.

That I didn't wake up for breakfast.

I picked this hotel because it was so close to lackland air force base and it was close and convenient to get there. The price was reasonable and they did serve an early breakfast for anyone wanting to eat.the bed was actually comfortable.

The room was not the cleanest. I stepped on a broken end of a cheato in the middle of the floor and the shower only had half glass so the floor was soaked when you showered. It was so bad the metal frame of the door was all rusted and the wall separated

The location to the airbase was great.

The first room's heating system didn't work. The second room had cockroaches. The fire alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning. The toilet in our room was dirty. Overall, it was disgusting and I would not recommend staying there.

I loved the size of room

After our first night our room didn¿t get cleaned. I had to ask for towels and mentioned that we didn¿t have a fresh set of towels because no one went in to clean and the lady took it as a joke. The pool was freezing, and over whelmed with chlorine.

Clean and great breakfast.

Some electrical outlets weren¿t working.

Breakfast

Pool and sauna needs immediate attention. Very unclear and not sanitary.

Very clean very clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was amazing.

The staff was amazing and welcoming. First impressions are lasting and they did a wonderful job. The room was great. Pleanty of room and it was by far one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel.

No, but I had to continue. Thank you for making the accomodations for all the military families traveling from all over the country to watch their loved ones graduate. Huge shout out to your hotel! I will highly recommend.

Near expressway and local streets. Plenty of parking spaces. Very quiet.

We have stayed at this hotel before and we like it very much. It's always very clean and staff is very friendly. It's located in a good area that we need to stay that is close to family.

Not that I can think of at this time.

The bed was nice, and the shower was great.

There was a roach on the wall other then that it was a great stay.

Nice location and clean

Broken window
