Excepting a couple of hairs that were not mine on the bathroom floor, everything about this hotel was clean. Great location to where I needed to be

Very friendly staff. Strong Water Pressure.

It was difficult to get to....google maps showed a non-interstate route through a Tesla dealership. There was no access from a city street, just the highway frontage road. There were hairs on the shower walls that the maids missed.

The lobby and staff were helpful

The breakfast area was messy and the eggs and potatoes were not appetizing.

Very clean. The staff was extremely friendly from the front desk to employees working in the breakfast area. Cannot stress this enough!

What brings down their score is there is little to no soundproofing in the rooms! I mean it's bad! You can hear everything surrounding you. From toilets flushing, showers, to TVs, to people having conversations (and not very loudly)

There was no hot water in the room. Let the shower run for 30 minutes and still nothing. Room was on second floor.

The room is very dirty，smells bad，they clean the room every other day，the things are old ，very hard to use.the noise is very loud too!

The pool needed maintenance. The whirlpool wasn¿t working.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for food and fun, and were appreciative of me bringing room maintenance issues to their attention.

There were a couple stains on the sheets, but nothing crazy.

Not happy because pictures show hot tub and when we got there of us were excited to go get in it and get down there and it was cut out so there isn¿t a hot tub it was a freezing pool. My wife and I didn¿t get in and my kids could only last 5 minutes

Pool was closed. Even after it was requested they could not provide breakfast without meat in it. Room was not clean as expected.

I was blown away we got such a nice hotel for a deal! The room way so big and clean and was perfect for our family!

The breakfast here is absolutely above and beyond! The staff were helpful from the moment we arrived. I loved the hot tub and how quiet it is at night . The rooms are delightful with a/c that works spectacular. Will be returning again!

I enjoyed location, although google maps kept sending me towards unnecessary loop. I had to reroute from Prue rd, to Laurette, then to Network blvd. ??? Took me a while to get used to

We had a leak in the faucet sink. I was not fond of restroom and shower in seperate rooms. No countertop space in toilet sink. This was a first. Oh!! Breakfast was so congested. Everybody wanted waffles. Not the best complimentary breakfast.

Right next 2 the laundry room/10:30 @ night there was maintenance woman moving washing machines @ banging 4 10 minutes/ Person stomping/ kids running non stop above us/Person room next 2 us snoring/ 2nd rm BED KEPT SHAKING/ woke me up/ no idea what from

I liked how easy it was to check in, The staff, indoor pool, and breakfast.

Did not like the gym because I couldn't figure how to get the exercise machine to work. Also the pillows were to soft and small.

I chose the hotel because it has an indoor pool. As it turned out my grand children and I were the only people using it so it was perfect.
