Comfort Suites San Antonio North - Stone Oak

My room smelled like a smoking room. I told staff and they sprayed something that lasted an evening. We had high irritation with breathing. The pillow are chunky and terrible.

Large, clean room.

Not enough lights! AC too loud. Beds too close to AC unit.

Hotel is frequently hit by car thief?s. 4 trucks including mine were hit in one night Large amount of broken glass in the parking lot.

The staff was lovely.

This hotel is run down. The outside looks horrible, the parking lot was dark. There is no option for snacks in the lobby but found soda vending machine but drink were warm. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Attended asleep at the front desk at night.

The location is great and the hotel has a great breakfast variety.

It wasn¿t ¿exceptionally clean¿ like other places I¿ve stayed. Sofa bed was broken, the sheets and sofa were stained. My allergies were in a haze, so I don¿t think it gets vacuumed often.

There was hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Floors looked dirty. Tub was old and moldy. The fan in the bathroom did not work. My kids¿ feet were black on the bottom. That was the final frustration we had. Their feet were so dirty from the disgu

Nice location, lobby was clean

The mattress was completely nasty. A very large stain looked like blood or throw up. Being in a Covid pandemic made me feel like safety was not there priority. I was so grossed out when they came to remove it I was not able to sleep.

Professional staff. Very good breakfast.

No movie on demand. Room service was a third-party that barely spoke English and got our order completely wrong.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast. Hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean. Staff was accommodating and very friendly.

The sofa bed was awful! I was up all night turning due to the springs digging into my sides and back! There was no cushion at all. It was really bad!! The mattress looked 50 years old! Beds were comfy though!

The staff the reservation was for a king bed room instead got two queen bed room call front desk to change it say did not have any more even though do the reservation two weeks in advance

Rude front desk employee told me I couldn't bring a pet it (not in description online). Then she couldn't find my reservation, which was paid in advance. I left. They charged me the full amount.

the place was friendly and clean. the room was way bigger then expected. we were there for 7 days and felt like home to us.

I have stayed at this hotel several times since 2016. The location and La Quinta name meant a lot. That has changed though. See my comments below.

Horrible experience. New management? Staff not friendly, very noisy-nothing was done. Yelling in hallway & loud talking-I went to check, it was the housekeepers! Broken exit door at rt side of building by stairs. It does not close..anyone can enter bldg.

This hotel was sooo clean, that’s my top priority when choosing a hotel. Also very quiet, excellent location.

Not anything to bad, the front desk person could’ve been a little more welcoming. She wasn’t rude, just wasn’t that friendly.

Normally stay at this hotel prior to the COVID. Felt very comfortable staying.

Not really. Staff at front desk could have been a little friendly.I felt like because I booked online, I was put at the end of the hall way. This is always the case and am always put on the top floor.
