Motel 6 San Antonio, TX - I-10 West

Roaches everywhere! Sheet for a blanket. Sheets had holes in them and paint on them. I didn’t want my kids to touch anything in the room. Also, the ac unit didn’t work.

Allowed my service dogs yet but �

Yes the son seems like he has a problem with me and I have not done anything to him.

The wifi was 1.5mbps, horrible.

It's by Walmart walking distance and many shops near me at the room.

Bugs in room, broken ceiling in bathroom was disgusting.

The location is convenient due to the proximity to I-10. The staff in the lobby was very pleasant and friendly when checking in and out. Cleaning staff was courteous.

Well, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic and sort of cold. There was no desk and the microwave was barely working. The motel itself is surrounded by homeless people who were quite noisy, however, they were not audible from inside the room. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but definitely nothing to brag about.

The fact that the place was close to Walmart and 7-Eleven is a big win also close to Bill Miller BBQ restaurant location which is a great thing and the fact that the bus can drop you right there at the front door almost and pick you up very close from the motel 6 location

the lady behind the desk had a horrible attitude. I told her I had paid for the room online and she refused to check me into the room I paid for.. then told me I had to cancel the other reservation that you pay at the desk. that's fine. but what's the issue with me paying online ? doesn't that make it easier for them? now I have to figure out how to get my money back for a room I didn't even get to stay in

The room and staff.

The location can be a bit of a challenge to get into and the exit to go to any other location is one way and at times involve a turn around or 2 in your vehicle

Price

Did sheet motel with no amenities, there wasn’t even a lamp on the desk so I could read a book. Plus, if you book another room, they charge you an early check-in fee. It’s ridiculous.

The doors looked like the were kicked down. The room was clean didnt smell like old carpet

The at the desk was friendly!

My non-smoking room had a strong smell of marijuana !! I asked to change room but I would get charged again.

The area, the condition of room, no phone, the TV remote didn't work, couldn't change channel or lower volume, had to turn TV off by unplugging cord, worst
