HORRIBLE water pressure. It was literally a drizzle. The worst shower I have ever experienced at a hotel. The front desk took no interest in my feedback regarding this issue.

great location and staff

Shower tub was clogged. By the time I realized it was passing midnight. too much hazle to move.

Guest Services was so helpful and nice, room was clean along with bedsheets, everything was up to par. The little things like dishwash cubes, dishwash soap, popcorn, etc.

Loved my room, it was very nice and clean. Check in was fast, staff was nice and helpful.

1st room had fleas 2nd room smelled weird and had dirt and hair on the floor and a dirty sticky counter in the kitchen area 3rd room also had dirt on the floors,& black hair on the bathroom counters and in the bed, but it was the cleanest of the 3

I was impressed I found it to be very nice the hotel is very clean it looks new the room was very spacious as well as the bathroom nice little kitchen with everything needed I love the mattress, a really nice place to stay for a great price recommend 100%

Yeah. Because I mistakenly made the reservation for the same night when I made it for the next night and nobody would help me rectify the problem and I got charge for the room anyway.S

The rooms are clean. Free laundromat. Ability to Cook in the room, the utensils and pans.

Awesome welcome on a short notice from a horrible experience at the original hotel stay. Customer service is excellent. Close to tour places. Not a walking distance but you can always get Uber.

Front desk staff were very nice Beds were comfortable Free parking, but spaces were tight

We arrived on Tuesday and pool closed for two days. Poor management to have it closed when it should have been treated overnight. Room smelled of mildew when walking in. Didn¿t look like room was vacuumed due to finding tags and such on floor.

I would say the note that said do not order from any paper under the door because it is a scam was alarming! But we did not have any issue and did not order from them.

The location and the room. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to control the air (and it worked) so we slept like babies!

We were visiting market square and the river walk, we opted to take a cab to river walk and it cost around $6.00, so it was a great location to both the river walk and market square. The front desk was really nice and the rooms were very nice.

I was surprised with the room amenities -- basically a mini-kitchen!

Nothing that comes to mind. Parking was fine, the room was fantastic, and the location was great.

Only had 2 luggage carts for entire hotel
